Hello ! I'm Farag, 25 year old bloke from the UK who has recently postgraduated! I'm chilled out and love a good laugh, and enjoy a good bit of gaming when time allows but as of late I'm on WoW with a semi-casual approach, and I usually play abit of D&D on Roll20 where I DM for a group.
To which Raid Group are you Applying?
Idealy RG2 with a possible chance that I might look into RG1, currently I cannot make the commitment to RG1 hence why I'm choosing the much more relaxed approach of RG2.
[Our raid groups are "RG1" (3 days a week, Mythic progress priority) & "RG2" (2 days a week, Heroic progress, Mythic when possible). Each raid group has its own requirements and expectations, and you should have a preference on which one you join.]
Experience
I've played wow ever since the days of Vanilla back of Thunderhorn, from humble beginnings of a nelf hunter with sideburns and edgelord pet names I moved onto raiding in BC. Started off small and casual until Wrath where I started engaging raiding seriously.
I've done almost every raid at the time of each expansion to the now current content, might have missed abit of early Legion EN but started raiding at the very end and I'm still doing so.
Up until Legion I've always been a Mage as is it my first level 60 from back in the day, but since the recent changes in Legion I grabbed hold onto the Unholy Deathknight and haven't let go since.
Raid Role
I'm the DPS, obviously, on occasion I soak things with AMS, and in other occasions I hook or grip things to the melee / away from melee. Mostly I smash stuff with my abomination friend.
I prepare by checking out the Deathknight Discord, talents, current changes, Wowhead hotfixes, and try to keep updated to current changes.
Your Spec
Artifact Level: 52
Rotation: Currently the Unholy spec revolves around keeping a dot up, stacking Festering Wounds, Popping them with Scourage Strike, generating enough Runic Power but as to not overcap, and then enter a state of overfeeding my Valkyr minion by pumping as many Deathcoils into the target to give her stronger hits.
A few elements change the spec such as knowing to wait with changing my Abomination via Dark Transformation until all my Apocalypse ghouls and Valkyr are out, this is due to the Shoulder Legendary that I have that boosts all the minions damage by 30% if I use Dark transformation afterwards.
The stat priority comes down to simming, but mainly people are currently trying to stack Haste & Mastery, where Haste directly benefits rune regeneration, and general ability speed, and more importantly Valkyr casting (which is the heart of the spec). Mastery is a direct benefit to the Shadow damage that Unholy produces and it's very valuable, reaching up to 98% at one point unbuffed.
The talents I've chosen (3/2/1/1/3/1/1) are the default best choice (currently) and they deliver the best Single Target damageload, the row for level 75 is usually the one I change depending on if I need better mobility or if I need a stronger&Longer Anti-Magic Shell.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
I play one character, always have, I might get bored and play an alt but currently I don't really enjoy anything else other than my Unholy Deathknight.
For Off-specs I'm artifact rank 54 in my Blood-spec, and generally Tank Mythic+ or Raids (When I PuG) quite well as I also know how the Blood Spec works, and tanking in general. I'd have no problem Off-tanking or taking over a tank role if the need arises, and I have no problem switching as required.
Communication
I have a great headset, I'm always chatty and I'm more than comfortable to use Discord/TS/Forums for anything.

Guild History
I remained mainly casual and stayed in guilds which has some RL friends, when legion started I was in Neptulon's Kiss (Now RIP), moved to another guild which my friends in Neptulon's Kiss moved to called Kindred. Then I departed Kindred because I wanted a better raiding environment which challenged me more. Currently I'm in the process of looking for better pastures and a friend of mine moved over to Raven Council (Popenhauzen - RG1) and from what he has said it sounds like a nice place to be. In the end I decided to try something new, and meet new people.
Raid availability
For the Monday and Wednesday raids I shouldn't have a problem with meeting the raiding days. Unless some emergency at work happens which is rare.

I have a friend (Popenhauzen - RG1) who recently join you, great guy and lots of fun. From him I got the idea that Raven Council might be a good place for me and what I value in a guild.
I'm actually not sure who else I might know, I always remember seeing Raven Council from back in the day, pretty sure came across some RPers back when I used to do that, but it's been a while since those days.
I'm also spoke to Riarn briefly about which team to join and mainly if I will be lynched for having a name like Rashbringer, I hope it doesn't trigger anyone :<, but we spoke and he seemed like a nice person.
About you
I'm just here to relax and enjoy the ride, I'm easy going and I usually talk about anything really, most importantly I like to enjoy a evening playing something with like-minded people! =)
