Name is Mikkel, i'm 25 years old and from Denmark.
Besides gaming i am currently studying journalism at university.
I also enjoy tabletop games and pen and paper RPG.

Ill list the experience i have while the content was relevant and not nerfed to the ground, i have raided most tiers, but some i have gone more casual and just cleared a few heroic/mythic bosses, so i wont include them, for example i cleared about 50% of the first tier in MoP split unevenly on the 3 raids:
Icc25 HC: Everything but LK
Firelands HC
Dragon Soul HC
Siege of Ogrimmar HC/Mythic (Cleared HC before 6.0 and Mythic after)
Highmaul Mythic
Hellfire Citadel Mythic
Emerald Nightmare: 5 bosses in the start, then the last 2 before TNH patch.
The Nighthold 3/10 Mythic
Tos: 1/9 Mythic

Raid Role
My current role in the guild im raiding with atm is Raid Leader, however i have stepped back from that position after being officer/Raid Leader/Co-Raid Leader for about 4 years now.

This will give me more room to focus on my own performance. My performance is in general average to above average atm, i'm a pretty experienced player, but leading my current guild i had to run a team with people that had WAY less experience than me, and that meant i had to always be aware of what everyone was doing, which hit my performance. I know that in a raider position i can be a top player, i have been that before both as DPS and tank.

In regards of where i keep up to date, then i use class discords mostly and their sources, also then i have a good friend in Scrubbusters so i often tend to poke him about the current meta in specs.
And also a whole lot of practicing and testing, that comes before everything else.

Your Spec
55 traits in Assa
52 in Sub.
My traits are low atm cause in ToS i have been playing mostly Guardian Druid and Hunter, however with the new AK 42, im looking to grind my ass off to hit 60+ traits, especially in Sub, which i'm looking to swap to full time.
I have played mostly Assa, which i'm pretty good at, but since Sub is as strong as it is, i have been grinding to get good legendaries, now i have the boots which is not bis but still a solid legendary, so i'm looking to be playing Sub exclusively as its a vastly superior spec.
However on some bosses Assa is just best for progression in my opinion, especially on fights where a lot of moving is required while still having to hit DPS thresholds.

Off-specs and Alternative characters
Decently comfortable with Sub, not at all with outlaw.

I am able to play pretty much any spec in the game and i have 3 chars with +920 ilvl that i can play at a main level. Besides that then i have a 915 blood death knight and all other classes except shaman in 110. If a reroll is required, then ill need less than a week to learn the spec 100% and play it at main level.
Played this game for too many years by now, even if they change specs around then the essence remains the same often times.

Communication
Being raid leader and officer for years now then im VERY comfortable using my mic and being vocal.
However im not looking to talk 24/7 in raids unless its needed, as i believe that raid leaders should be the priority speaker.

I try to keep it pretty clean. I have my bigswigs on the left side of my screen and raid frames over my chat.

Guild History
Been in a few guilds throughout the times, some guilds is so long ago that it's probably not relevant anymore.
Ill make a small sample of old guilds i were in.
Phase Two - Defias Brotherhood
Nihilum - Tarren Mill
Animosity - Defias Brotherhood
Prime - Defias Brotherhood

More recently i have been in 2 guilds
Saníty - Defias Brotherhood, i was officer and co-raid leader in Saníty throughout HFC progress and until end of Emerald Nightmare. I left the guild cause i wanted to explore other options, however i made this decision 5 months before i left and had it all arranged with the GM - Artegør, i was meant to stay for TNH, but i decided to leave a little earlier which was fine with him. Since then i have been pretty casual.

Kingsfall - Argent Dawn (no relations to Defias kingsfall)
A guild made by some friends, which i have been raid leading and officer in. We have been pretty casual, slowly building up a roster. However people are loosing interest in raiding for one reason or the other, and i don't want to do heroic clears every week and then AFK the rest of the time. I have stepped back now.

I want to join The Raven Council because you are a solid long standing guild that knows how to get stuff done. I have been in a lot of guilds thats been shaky, fallen apart and stuff, mostly cause i take the chance with projects often, but i dont want that anymore. I just want a good solid raiding guild where i can have fun with the game and get good progress in the meantime.

Hey there, sorry for late response, i can see that Novocks has been /w me yesterday but i haven't noticed, i have my whisper/btag whisper in another window and i have been pretty sick with the flu so i have been anything but aware of whats going on.

I will have to withdraw my application even tho i hate to do so, TRC seems like a awesome guild that i would love to be a part of, but the day after i applied, a job opportunity came up, which conflicts with your raiding times.

I wish you all the luck in the world, and maybe another time i will have the time required, i'm very sorry to have wasted you time and hope to see you all do very well in raiding!
