Hello, my name is Adam, 19 y/o from the UK, currently a student.
To which Raid Group are you Applying?
I'm applying for RG2 because my previous guild did not provide enough solid progression for me to be able to apply for RG1. However, I have the skill required to be able to become a part of a dedicated raiding environment and am able to make progression.
Experience
Previously, I was in the guild "Resentful" since the start of HFC, where we managed to down 10/13M by the end of Warlords of Draenor. I was partly in the raid team for Mythic Emerald Nightmare although I decided to take a break, I downed 3/7M and the guild continued to kill 7/7M. I achieved [Ahead of the Curve: Helya] and also have achieved [Ahead of the Curve: Gul'dan] aswell as getting 1/10M in Nighthold (no more progress due to the raid team falling apart). Currently, in Tier 20, I only have 3/9HC as, yet again the raid team fell apart although I am capable of achieving a higher progression. Through the start of Legion, I played a Fury Warrior, then during Nighthold, I switched to Markmanship Hunter as it is currently doing better than fury and I felt more capable as a hunter.
Raid Role
My current role in the raid team is a DPS, and I always come prepared for the entire raid with flasks, food, runes, gems and enchanted gear. I mainly use Icy Veins to keep up to date with my class as well as simulating any new gear I receive and combinations of legendaries with those pieces of gear. I also keep track of any new patch notes to keep track of any new changes to my current spec. I also use my Warcraft logs to analyse my performance with certain gear and talents, simulate different sets then use the best set that Simulation craft tells me, I will test it then return to simulating and assessing until I have reached an end point with my current gear.

I primarily play the "Meme build" which is built for AoE, this changes my stat priority slightly and changes some talents (https://gyazo.com/dce7dc37293548fc84a1d22c07864cbe) as it is needed for more AoE damage. With this build, I have to manage my vulnerable on all targets present and use marked shot when it procs, and explosive shot and piercing shot on cooldown for large DPS boosts. This build also comes with volley which increases my AoE damage as I auto attack which provides constant cleave with very little focus needed. On single target fights I change my talents which increase my single target damage by a large amount (https://gyazo.com/69cea4cda99bc968b5791741331c217d). This makes my aimed shots crit for up to 4 million which significantly raises my single target damage, especially towards the end of my vulnerable debuffs.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
I do not play any other specs on hunter, however I am comfortable with healing on my Mistweaver Monk, although under-geared (currently gearing her up) I can quickly gear her up if necessary. I can also tank on guardian druid however, I prefer not too as I don't think the role suits me very well. I also have a Fury Warrior (I cannot play arms to a very good caliber) that has best in slot legendaries available. These 3 alts are around item level 900. I also have full experience in Normal and Heroic Nighthold on my warrior and druid with no experience of Tomb of Sargeras, however I know the tactics very well. And I have experience in Normal Tomb of Sargeras, Nighthold and partly heroic Nighthold on my Monk.

I have a Razer Kraken headset which works perfectly fine and if necessary, I will use it to communicate during raid times. I'm happy with discussing tactics anywhere, including these forums and would regularly keep up to date with any new posts that may concern me.

Guild History
I have been in Resentful for a while (since the start of HFC) and have had some progression. However, over and over, the raid teams continually fall apart. At one point I transferred over to horde on Ragnaros and I was in the guild "We Did it" as an orc warrior called "Grukk" and I participated in 5/10HC (not too sure on the exact progression). I want to join TRC because I have heard very good things about the guild and have some old guildies in TRC (in references).
Raid availability
I am able to attend all raids as of recently. Previously (seen on warcraftlogs.com), I have had problems with attending raids but I have recently cleared up those problems and I am now prepared for dedicated progress in whatever content needs clearing. The raid schedule for RG2 fits my life perfectly and I will be able to attend all raids every week.
References
I have heard about you through Wowprogress (with your high rankings on the server), I also have some old guildies in The Raven Council (Haimi and Maymays). My past raid leader and friend Serchewy (also applying for RG2) is also somebody who could vouch for me.
