Have been playing WoW since late Vanilla and raided most normal Tiers in TBC Wrath.. didnt touch Cata, came back late in the last tier for Pandaria and killed Garrosh Hellscream 10 man HC, and 3/10 Mythic Siege of Orgrimmar.

I am one of the main healers and Raid Leader in the guild. i provide the guild with Cauldrons, and do all obvious things raid leaders do...
Your Spec
58 ranks in my weapon, and at the moment using haste gems.. Intel - Haste - Crit - Mastery.
I use all coming raiding talents, beside lvl 15. Here i use Prosperity.. i decided to use this because i am now using tier 19 2set and tier 20 4 set and Edraith wrist legendary. the t20 4 set, leggo and talent makes a strong combo and i have been enjoying using it..
Off-specs and Alternative characters
I have an Monk Brewmaster alt, but havent touched it in a long time... there is still so much to do with my Druid! i do have 918 eq in balance spec(52 ranks), but for raiding i need more practice.. ATM i'm only getting medium dps with it.. This is also because i only have really been "testing" during guild raids.. Raid leading and mastering an Offspec is hard to do!
But ready to learn and improve my balance skills to be able to utilize it for raids..! Communication
We use discord in my current guild, and ofcourse i am active as an Raidleader.. But i do use voice activation because i need my fingers to use my keybindings..
Ofcourse i will check the forums often if it is accuirerd..

I have been using Elvui since TBC and i just frikking love it... Everything is there and the UI in combination with Clique is just magic!! <3 pretty much all of my common healing spells arent on my bars because i have them keybinded on my G502 Mouse..
Guild History
The last few guilds i have been in, have been with friends i have played with since Pandaria... It is a lot of fun, an really good bunch, but they want to "just" keep raiding Heroic... I want to push myself (cleared NH with Pugs 12-2-2017) and want to start raiding Mythic more..
that there is a group of people in this guild that have been guildies since 2005 is something what appeals me a lot! A good bunch (i assume
) of people that can have fun and enjoy the game.. 
Raid availability
the raiding days for RG1 are absolutly perfect for me! Most guilds raid wednesday and thursday.. Thursday is an early and hard day at work, so not raiding on wednesday is perfect for me!
