I'm from Romania , i'm 27 years old,

I am applying for RG1

Experience
Full Emerald Nightmare NM,6/7 mythic
Full Hov NM .
Full Nighthold NM .
Mythic Nighthold 3/10, and i've been on Krosus but not killed him
In the past i have done on WOTLK naxx on 10/25, and part of ulduar, the first boses , and 10 man Icecrown citadel
On Cata i have done Blackwing Decent,Bastion on Twilight,and Firelands, and i defeted the fist boss on heroic in firelands
To be honest I have achieved more on Legion than on all other patches, i had max artifact power untill patch 7.2, now i have 46 but i will get to 50,
I have done all 3 major raids on NM, 6/7 on mythic Emerald, I have the glory of the legion hero, and the master keystone .
In no other patch did I do so many achievements so this is my time, and that is why i feel I can get into a high end raiding guild like yours.
And for me experience won't be a problem, read and watch videos, all i need to do is adapt to the team playing style.

Raid Role
I have always played tanking , i just like the role to protect the group , and I enjoy the constant presure to be the best that i can be.
The tanking spot is one of the most important, because any littly mistake you may do can instant wipe the raid, so you need to be at the top of your game to help the team as much as possible.

I come prepared for the raid with:fully repaired,fully enchanted (best possible enchants)flask,food,
feast(500),tome tranquil,prepots.
I judge my performance 9/10

Single Target
Shield of Righteous, Judgment,blesse hammer,consecration,avenger
Blessed Hammer,Bastion of light,Fist of justice,Blessing for Spell,Hand of protector,Aegis of light(if i have to protect the raid)/Judgment of light(for self healing),Righteuos Protector (this is for raids)
For raiding i mostly use single target because i need more survivability.
Multiple Target
Avenger,Consecration,Blessed Hammer , Judgment , Shield of Righteous
Blessed Hammer,First Avenger,Fist of justice,Cavalier(blessing of Spell depends on how hard is the myth),Hand of protector,Consecrated ground/Judgment of light,Seraphim
I try to get more dps for mythic and to get more AOE because usually i have to take many targets and keep aggro on them.
If I do big level mythics i will switch for more survivability.

HASTE/CRIT/VERSATILITY/MASTERY

Talents
1.BLESSED HAMMER is the default choice as it gives me 12% reduced damege
2.First Avenger is a good choice for when i'm tanking multiple enemies for more grand crusader proc and dmg on the shield
THis is best for mythics.
Bastion of light i use in progress in raids for when i need more survability
3.Blinding of light is the default choice as it gives dmg and the blinding effect.
For when i need more stuns i take fist of justice, it is good for myth.
4.Blessing of spellwarding, the best when i want to avoid heavy spell dmg in raids.
Cavalier i use when i have to move alot, usually in myt or when i do wq.
5.Hand of protector lowers the cd on my light of protector , i use by default for raids.
Knight templar i use when i need to kite adds
6.Judgment of light as it provides a passive raid healing
Aegis of light is a personal cd that can help the raid in certain momoments.
7.Righteos protector is good for raids as it lowers my light of protector cd
Seraphin is good for more dmg very nice in mythics
Last defender i use when i have to tank lots of enemies, like on skorpion.

Off-specs and Alternative characters
Dps, if the raid wants me to switch i will switch for the team, but i prefer tanking.

Guild History
I'm from the realm Alonsus
I've been in Ignorance in 2009 .
I've been in Veritas in 2011 stayed with them a while, and raided only with them, i stopped playing wow.
I was in Vengence, since the start of Legion until february.
I was in Big Game Hunters , lack of progression on mythic made me leave.
I am now in Frequency and I want to leave for better progress on mythic raiding, and i want to leave this dying realm.
I have always wanted to join a high level guild and be a part of a nice and intelligent community , and make that place my home ,
it is very hard for me to find a place in a guild as a main spec tank, but I keep my hope up and keep trying and trying .

Raid availability
My program on work is very hard, usually i work until the raid starts,i can only come 2 days in the weekday and on Sunday.So you are a very good guild for me , as you raid 2 days/week and one on Sunday,and as a tank i know i have to be 100% with you guys.

Thanks a lot for your application. I got few questions if i may.

1. How your raid frames looks like? Can you show it in lfr for example? Any group 20-30.
2. Can you explain your choice of trinkets - Horn of Valor and Animated Exoskeleton. Why you picked this two and do you have other?
3. Do you have other legendaries then Sephuz and Aggramar's stride and if yes, which ones?

1.I will give it later on .
2.I switch my trinkets depending on what i'm doing.
For raiding i normally keep:Animated Exoskeleton and Royal dagger Haft
The royal dagger i keep for the emergency situations when it practicaly gives me another life.
The animated i keep for the stamina and for the 30% dmg reduction
For mythic i keep:
-horn of valor for more strength
-chrono shard for more haste
-fang of tichondrius on the necro week
3.Legendaries:Breastplate of the Golden,Leggs Tyelca,Finger Heathcliff,waits Rethu's i can produce it, and the wrists, i will get the other ones soon .
I keep the strides on for WQ they are a huge help.

Which legendaries you use for raiding, do you change them for specific bosses and if, why?

Legendaries are now like talents i change them for specific bosses:
-for the skorpion i use the leggs+chest or leggs+sepu;
-for anomaly i use sepu and chest for more haste and procs on the shield, i'm usually on interupting duty;
-for tril i use heath/chest for more defence, he can hit;
-same for krosus, i just need defense on this boss;
When i get the head i will integrate it in my leg rotation

And also i forgot to tell you, I keep a balance on the tier set, in order to always have 4 pieces on me for the second bonus, as it is a superb bonus tier set, curently i have 5/6.

And as I said earlier, i got my leg head, now things will change.
For the fights were i will need more defense i will use the leg head + heath ring.

Hi Droghyy, due to recently accepting a tank application from a previous social member wanting to raid, we don't see any point in taking on another tank that would probably get benched while we assess our current tank recruit.
