To which Raid Group are you Applying?
I am applying for RG1, I do not meet the requirments atm but I am sure given a chance I can prove myself. I am firstly applying as Social though due to this fact (my cahracter simply isnt readyu for end mythic bosses thanks to break)
Experience
I've had a troublesome past 2 expansions. Went into more hardcore raiding during start of Siege. After that I suffered from 2 guilds breaking down thanks to low attendance. Cleared Heroic/Mythic Siege while it was current content though. In WoD it all started well until 2 months into progression a few members desided to take a break (key role players) and i against started to look for a guild. 3 broken guilds later I ended up in Lost Paradise on Defias Brotherhood that also surprice surprice broke down a week after mythic HFC was realeased. So due to this I have not cleared any content Mythci wise (ofc first weeek clears on heroic in all raids except the last bosses).
Raid Role
I stay very up to date on my own class and some other classes as well. I come with alternate ideas on doing fights and have always look at progression fights from at least a few sources. I can do OS healing and special roles in fights. (etc went up on kargath, flamethrower on bracken etc)
Your Spec
Boomkin, basic rotation. 4 seconds before pull was wrath, 2 seconds before use inc and prepot, at pull pop CA and dot up, starsurge, 2 x starfire, starsurge 2 x starfire depending on if hero is popped or not i do it once again or otherwise refresh dots here before CA runs off.
Always use Starsurge procs in Lunar unless I know I will cap and I am in solar I use one in Solar. Do not use Starsurge before say 30-50 eclipse depending on situation.
Reapply dots just before you swap eclipse so that you get the extra damage on hit but do not use it while you have a lot of you peak damage boost left. If you cant get this in then reapply when you enter the eclipse instead.
other then that spam abilities when in the right eclipse. Save 2 Starsurge for when cds are up again.
Talents Euphoria and Incarnation, glyphs Moonwarding depending on what damage your taking in the fight and Untamed Stars depending on if your doing trash or a boss.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
I am able to play resto or feral as OS (as for Warlock I am comfty playing any of the specs)
Communication
I have a mic, I do communicate during raids and voice my opinions in a appropriate fashion
I can also stay up to date with stuff on forums.

I play mainly during morning/daytime and mostly only log to raid in the evenings. I'm a 29 year old guy from Finalnd that. I go to the gym 6 times a week and work as a Nurse.
