Experience
Not going into ancient times, last xpac best result was SOO hc progression until siegecrafter - in actual time/guild group, then, in prepatch, full soo myhtics.
In WOD my guild finished all hc content, killed only 1st mythic in HM, and then, in HFC - only killed 1st boss on mythics last week. I was farming HFC HC full since august, and waiting for an opportunity to make better progress - with crossrealm group, if possible.

Raid Role
Mostly hunters are dps/support players, and there are some tips and tricks for every raid at mmochamp forums and some other forums as well.

Your Spec
There is not much choice for raiding hunter atm, everybody is using mostly the same spec and only slightly talent/glyph changes are fight dependant, like using glaives for gorefiend instead of barrage. As for gear, everything goes for crit with slightly trinket swapping, i.e. coil/censer.

Off-specs and Alternative characters
There is no offspec for hunter class, the only choice is swapping between actual top dps spec. Atm it is markmanship, in prev. tier it was BM/SV, in HM it was SV. And no, i am not planning to seriously play on alts in this expansion, the memories of having 4 well geared toons in SOO is still alive and it was too time consuming.

Communication
Ofc, every raiding team has its own voice chat, and using guild forums it ok too.

Guild History
For the last 2-3 years i'm having fun with friends in Forged guild, and everything is fine there - except the highend raiding progression. I'm doing my best to help them move further, but, everything is going very-very slow and i'm moving a lot faster then my teammates. So i wanna to take an opportunity of crossrealm rading with good team to finally close full content in actual time.

Raid availability
Yep, your raiding schedule is completely the same as i have in my current guild, and i have ~100% uptime.

My friend and guildy, Nerfiel, told me about his runs with you in SOO times, and now, when i asked for xrealm mythic team, he recommended me to chat with your officer.

In wow i'm mostly hunter, and acting like hunter should - from my pov. And Dwarf. Dwarf power.

Miscellaneous
TL;DR: I feel i have outgrowth my current guild progress monthes ago, and looking for a nice team to fight through the highend content together, now its so easy with xrealm raiding available.
