after some absence, i am eager to return to WoW and start fresh with the upcoming Addon. Your guild striked me from the start of my search as very mature, friendly, with all the features i could possibly ask for (PVP, PVE, very nice server with RP), and even the right name.
Who is your character?
My character is a Level 10 Rogue, but once 60, he will be boosted to 90 in order to be ready for the launch night (always something special - even after 8 years
) I do have other characters like a 90 Monk and a 85 Paladin, and will transfer them in due time to this server.I've been playing the Rogue for almost 8 years since the beginning, that is the very reason why i've chosen this class again for WoD. I like the stealth mechanics, the fast paced combat, the elegance of precise killing and the maximizing of my damage. It is not only because of game mechanics that i stick to this class but also because of the lore behind him. A loner, fighting with cunning but always for the good and the protection of my fellows.
Who are you?
My name is Mat, i am from Austria and 25 years old. I am currently on ERASMUS in Ireland and after a couple of months found my routine here which allows me now to play again - unfortunately not with a stable raiding schedule, which is why i am applying as a social member.
Activity
I am a factotum, doing everything from crafting, dedicated pve raiding, dedicated pvp battlegrounds and arena to exploring, achievement hunting and also RP. You will find me thus in your fun events, raids and pvp groups pretty quickly
I used to be a hardcore/mode player but can't afford that right now - seeing myself there again in the future though.Guild history
During my 8 years of WoW I've been in many guilds and found satisfaction in only one. It is important to me to have an active social atmosphere within the guild, players with whom one can enjoy the game on a sophisticated but always friendly and entertaining level. That is hard to find, only Foedus Ultoris (German guild on Aegwynn) offered me this a couple of years ago while raiding on a very high level - clearing all the raids in BC up to Sunwell (unfortunately only the first two before the patch), all the HC raids in WotLK as well as Cata and also the first tier in MOP..
It is now my desire to establish my WoW life on an English realm, meeting an international community, exercising English and just enjoying this beautiful game once more.

About you
Like in the game i enjoy various things in real life as well. I am studying History of Art, English and German, while maintaining my violin and piano lessons. I am working as a Content Manager for two companies, a happy result of my education in IT before University. I like to write and to do outdoor activities such as biking and wandering in the mountains. You could call me a dreamer, sometimes staring into the woods for minutes without blinking (oh my gawd).
As I've written, I've been an active and dedicated player since the start. After a year's break (due to my ERASMUS since January) and a lot of other activities i am finally able again to play this game. I am always eager to maximize my character (unfortunately not on a raiding schedule yet) and to participate in the various guild activities.
Gnomes
Poor creatures, i don't know how many of em i've killed unintentionally during the numerous hunts of Orcs and Goblins when i didn't look on the ground. But when in trouble, they can rely on the shadow weaving around their enemie's neck
