Who are you?
Hai! My names Jon, I'm 22, and I'm from Manchester, UK.
Experience
I've raided almost every tier since Firelands, with the exception of HC Dragon Soul and first tier of MoP.
I cleared most of Firelands while it was current content. I cleared all of Normal DS when it was current. Second tier of MoP cleared while it was current, have the 10 man Feat. I also have 10 man Garrosh feat. Currently on 11/14 HC SoO.
Raid role
My current raid role is DPS, I've healed throughout the last few months on my MW Monk, but she was shelved for Klaxxi progression as WW didn't really bring much utility compared to an Enhancement Shaman. I buy flasks and potions to prepare for a raid. As for updates on my class, I usually check Noxxic, Icy Veins, and the Shaman section of MMO-Champion and try to keep up-to-date on anything that changes specwise!
Talent choices
Ancestral Guidance - A big AoE healing cooldown on a 2 minute cooldown is great for offhealing during periods of high damage output from the bosses or other mechanics, such as Iron Star on Garrosh, or Overloads on Blackfuse.
Totemic Persistence - This allows to me use 2 of the same element totem, if I need to pop a healing tide while my healing stream is active, I can have both out. Or if I needed to use my Stone Bulwark totem while my Earth Elemental totem is active, I wouldn't be losing out on the benefit of a secondary defensive in the form of Reinforce.
Stone Bulwark totem - This totem gives me an absorb that lasts for quite a while. it can be used to smoothen out damage spikes. I tend to switch between this talent and Astral Shift depending on how much damage is pumped out.
Primal Elementalist - When combined with Assurance of Consequence HC 4/4 this talent gives the largest boost to Enhancement Shaman DPS compared to the other talents. It's great for burst and sustained DPS.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
I don't really have a geared offspec for my Enhancement Shaman. I didn't need one!
My Monk is both MW and WW, so if needed I can switch to her for healing. 576 item level currently in her healing gear, also has legendary cape. Armoury link is up there^! My monk was the character I raided with throughout ToT, but I was only WW then. I geared up my MW spec during SoO.
Communication
I do have a headset that I am comfortable with using. I will be buying a steelseries headset as soon as I get the money for it! I am definitely happy with using forums to communicate, I have a few forums that I check regularly as it is, so one more is no problem.

Guild History
Core of Khaos - I joined this guild at the end of Cataclysm looking towards MoP for raiding. We struggled getting passed the third boss and the raid leader decided to disband the guild. I quit WoW from November to April!
Half-Life - I joined this guild shortly after returning to WoW as they were recruiting DPS for ToT progression. About 2 months after I joined it didn't look like the raid team was getting anywhere in terms of progression, we were stuck on Horridon, while also being somewhat stuck on Jin'rokh so I decided to leave and join Midnight Order.
Midnight Order - I joined these guys and starting raiding with them when they were on Tortos progression. We managed to clear all of ToT just before SoO started, we tried HC Jin'rokh once and it didn't go too well. During November, just after we killed NM Garrosh, I was having a few IRL problems that I needed to sort out and decided to take a month break from WoW so I could sort it out. When I came back, the raid leader had filled my spot. I left them to join High Defintion.
High Definition - After a short while of being in HD, it felt like I didn't belong there. I had a 1 or 2 people that I spoke to in there, but the rest of the team was kinda distant. A friend from Midnight Order said they were looking for a healer so I decided to rejoin them as a healer.
Midnight Order - I rejoined them as a healer and we continued with HC progression! Some drama happened between the raid team and the guild leader so the team decided to break off and start our own guild named Invictus.
Invictus - We'd cleared up to 11/14 and had 7/9 of the Klaxxi dead on progression. I was becoming increasingly bored of SoO and told the raid leader, Frolkinator, that I wanted to stop raiding until WoD hit and asked if he could replace me until then. Wanted to take a break as to stop myself becoming completely burnt out. 2 months later there was no replacement, even though there were a few capable DPS in the guild that could have taken my spot. I told Frolkinator that I was stopping raiding until WoD and that was when the guild leader, Ceradien, decided to boot me completely.
I'd like to join TRC because I feel like I could get used to your guild and from what Yoga has told me, you all seem like a decent bunch that know what they're doing during raid times and are less prone to mistakes!
Raid availability
I just recently started university, but none of the raid days overlap with the time I need to the course!

Something about myself huh.. Well. I'm a gamer, obviously. I'm currently playing all sorts of games to tide myself over until WoD hits. I'm still debating on what class to play in WoD. I have almost every class at 90, except for Priest which is currently level 87. I'm torn between Hunter/Enhancement Shaman/Feral Druid. I'm studying Games Design at Bolton University and hoping that it goes well, trying my best
