Experience
WOTLK: I solo healed VOA 25 and played TOGC 10/25, Onyxia's Lair 25 and ICC 25 as holy and retri.
CATA: BH 25, BoT 10, TotFW 10, BD 10, FL 10, (few hc) as prot.
MOP: SOO flex/10 pug as holy.
No character rerollings.
Raid role
When I was healing back in WOTLK I payed a lot attention to forum at elitistjerks.com.
In Cata as a prot I had many sources on internet, like dozen of them, since prot was more calculation and numbers than gameplay.
Now, since I don't have specific raid group I needed to find only basics with tips and hints for my class on noxxic and icy-veins.
When I have a raid group I play with passion and I tend to be better. Finding few resourceful web sites/forums that I visit on daily basis is something that could be called piece of cake.

Off-specs and Alternative characters
I don't mind even changing main spec only to fit the raid needs. Off spec also.
As previously said, no useful alts.
Communication
I like to check websites and forums daily. Mostly that period is in the morning or at the break at work.
I do have microphone and I like to use it while raiding and any other time while playing with guildies. So far I used Ventrilo, Mumble, TS, RaidCall and Skype.

My screenshot won't say a thousand words, but I will try to complement that.
As you can see I use obviously DBM, OmniCC for countdowns, Grid, Clique and WeakAuras.
WeakAuras is set to display CD timers on long CDs and display the spells with short CDs when they are available:
Big icon will jump/shake when Holy Shock, Holy Prism/Light's Hammer is available, and Divine Plea when it is available and mana is less than 220k. Small icons are for Fist of Justice, Rebuke, Divine Shield and Speed of Light.
Grid is set to horizontal with two rows in a box, top showing players name, and bottom showing health deficit. When player is selected, it's box has white border, and those that have Holy Flame have green border. When player has a debuff that's dispellable by me, it's shown as an icon in the center with countdown timer in it. Those players that have aggro have a red square in top left corner, those that have my Beacon of Light on them have a gray icon in lower right corner and those that have Forbearance on them have a gray icon in top right corner.
Clique is set to work only on Grid and is simple as possible.
LClick, Shift+LClick, Alt+LClick, Ctrl+LClick are Flash Light, Holy Light, Divine Light, target respectively.
RClick, Shift+RClick, Alt+RClick are Eternal Flame, Holy Shock and Holy Radiance.
MClick is dispell.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 are Hand of Freedom, Salvation, Sacrifice, Gift of Naaru and Holy Prism.
E, F, Q are Hand of Protection, Beacon of Light and Lay on Hands.
You can see the rest of the binds on screenshot. I use the most 1-3 and Alt+(1-4) and Shift(1-4) and Caps Lock and Q for Fist of Justice.
Guild History
I've been only in LoEG. Since it's start we've been on Dunemaul, even got First Level 25 on Realm achievement. Year ago we moved to Defias Brotherhood. The reason why I'm leaving LoEG isn't because it's bad guild or because there is something wrong. No. It's just that I need something more. People in LoEG are comforting, really social and casual, as are their raids. They are all from the same speaking area (Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian). As such, LoEG is awesome, but I as a player need something more. Not just to try, but to succeed and win, over and over again. I am eager to participate in the most elite end game content. I want my skill to be used more efficiently. I know I can, so why shouldn't I?
Few nights ago I joined one of yours alt runs. The raid was so smooth and amazing. One raider told me where I can find you so I searched a bit your website and your forum. Asking few people around in game I concluded that The Raven Council could be just the right thing for me.

As I said above, I come from Bosnia and Herzegovina. I finished Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Masters Degree. Currently working as a Software Engineer. I play basketball for a team in my city. I started learning and speak a little bit German and Turkish. Love to travel A LOT.
Miscellaneous
As you saw, my pleasure in wow is playing paladin. No matter the spec. Although I would like to play protection in WoD, but that is not mandatory. I don't have much heroic experience to offer, but I can freely say that I poses skills on which experience is easily and in fast manner applied.
As Ilidan said, I might not be prepared for this expansion to raid in your guild, but MoP is ending soon and I would like to use that time to prove myself.
I am also an achievement hunter; at least, I was. Haven't played a lot in MoP so I've got a lot catching up to do. But achievements really are something that fills joy in my heart, next to downing a progress boss with a guild.
