Who are you?
IRL my name is Rafał (pronunced like [rah fah w]), I'm Polish, 16 years old.
Which of our two raid groups are you applying for?
I think I fit better for RG 2. I'm not that skilled yet to do heroics, and my gear is not that great.
Raid role
I like to lead a team, but I don't have much experience with raids yet. In LFR I'm just trying to do my best with DPSing. I'm using an addon to track and compare my DPS with others, but of course I know DPS is not everything. I'm trying to help as needed, b-rezzing or casting some defensive spells.
To learn an encounter, I read what boss can do, then watch on YouTube. I read all the patch notes and hot-fixes so I know what changes.
Experience
Well, I have little experience. I was healing some heroic lv 80 dungeons as priest during WotLK. In MoP I led a raid to Undercity (with some help of Tanver). I was doing some LFR. Oh and I defeated Kanrethad - that incredibly hard solo boss for warlocks' green fire quest ^_^
Off-specs and Alternative characters
I don't have lvl 90 alts yet. Off-speccing a warlock isn't as meaningful as with hybrid classes, but I think I could respec my demonology to destruction.
Communication
I have a microphone and I'm willing to use voice chat in raids. I prefer in-game communication than forums but I can use both as necessary.
World of Logs stuff
Haven't been using this yet.
Guild History
I'm in Retaliation. Good guild, but I wasn't raiding there yet - they require somewhat better gear than mine. I want to join the Raven Council because there are more people to raid with and talk to.
Raid availability
Summer holidays are coming - I think I'll be available for all (or most) raids.
