Sharing something nice... Don't get addicted!

I've shared this with my guildies as well... And got a REALLY good response... So I thought, why not share this with our sworn enemies?

It is something special. Personally it redefines a lot I knew about the internet and I'm now addicted, very much so.

Oh, and just to keep the surprise, please do not tell what it is, just how cool it is ;)

Small note. You're 'required' to register after 30 minutes of listening, but it's free, doesn't send you an e-mail or spam or anything it's just to remember you in the database with all your channels. You can easily use a fake e-mail addy and use US-Zipcode 12345, it works just fine.

I personally prefer last.fm. It doesn't play the music for you, but I find their recommendations extremely accurate.

Should you choose to register, you can also download a plugin from last.fm, and it listens to everything you play in, say, itunes, and then comes up with a recommendation every Sunday night for you on the website. The recommendations are based upon what other registered users are listening to as well, so it's pretty accurate and I've discovered some fantastic bands through that site.

Although Pandora's cool, I find that a lot of the recommendations I get through it are either repeats of the artist I put in their in the first place, or I end up going through whole sessions saying "I don't like this", or it recommends music that I already own.

Guh, I want the server to come back up ;)
