My character's name is Kharathos, I am a resto druid main spec, with viable guardian off spec.

Who are you?
My name is Vaggelis, 25 years old, and i live in Athens, Greece. My occupation is in the greek navy (engineer-officer), and I like to play video games in my free time, with WoW being one of my main outlets. Other than that I enjoy watching basketball, going to the movies and having a great dinner of course.

To which Raid Group are you Applying?
I am applying to your guild in general, not a specific raid group. I am aiming to be a back-up, jack of all trades, M+ helper, even social. I don't really care me having a solid spot in a raid group, I just want to join a new guild I can raid and have fun with.

Experience
Legion content:
Emerald Nightmare: 7/7 (cutting edge)
Trial of Valor: 2/3 (after the release of NH, curve when it was current content)
Nighthold: 5/10 (krosus, alluriel)
I was part of 2 guilds (Resentful, The Rebels) during my progression in legion playing as resto druid for the most part before switching to guardian in Nighthold.

Raid Role
My current role is raid wide healing while providing the tanks with sustained support. Preparing for a new boss fight consists of reading up a written guide about the boss' abilities as well as watching a sample tactic video from a guild kill.
My main source of insight about the class is the resto druid discord, one of the most organized and active theorycrafting communities in WoW. The tools i use to value my stat weights is Torty's spreadsheet (twigit) and Leaf's RDSW weak aura (real time calculation of stat weights depending on boss fight).
My main source of feedback on my performance is my parses on warcraft logs as well as feidan's legendary calculator.

Your Spec
Resto: Artifact level 48
Stat priorities are dependent on the nature of the boss fight. Nighthold favors mastery focused builds since they involve a lot of stacking and are generally long enough for a healer to demand high mana efficiency. The upside is that all secondary stats are useful and the general rule of the thumb is to equip the highest ilvl with slight adjustments.
Talent choices are almost set in stone with only 2 real choices to be made on tiers 3 and 6.
I choose germination on triliax, alluriel, tichondrius, star augur and gul'dan while prefering spring blossoms on skorpyron, chronomatic, krosus, botanist and elisande.
As for the utility tier guardian affinity is generally the safest option, with balance affinity having it's uses on krosus and alluriel.
During a boss fight I try to prepare before spikes of damage by casting rejuvenations and toping it off with wild growth. I split my raid CDs (if not assigned by RL) to cover each phase of the damage patterns and try to keep uptime on lifebloom, cenarion's ward and spring blossoms.
Guardian: Artifact level 42
I have a different gear set for guardian with focus on versatility and mastery. The same rule applies here that ilvl>stats.
There is little room to experiment with guardian talents the most obvious being rend and tear vs pulverize. Rend and tear is easier and safer choice and is the one I prefer on most fights.
As for skill rotation: Mangle>moonfire procs/trash > swipe. I allocate my defensive cds depending on the encounter and stack ironfur or mark of ursol.

Off-specs and Alternative characters
As mentioned above, I am capable of playing as Guardian druid, and have killed 5/10 as tank. I was part of our guild progress fights either as resto or guardian, depending on roster availability.
I am currently gearing up a holy paladin and looking forward to server transferring him to Defias Brotherhood. As of now he is uncapable of raiding in mythic enviroment, however I am confident this will change in 1-2 weeks.

Communication
I am in possession of a microphone and can use it effortlessly in order to achieve the best group coordination. Additionally I am very eager to browsing your guild website daily, since guild community is the best aspect of the game for me.

Note: I do warcraft logs regularly in order to improve my skills, however the top healing parses are generally over inflated farm kills. My point is that as a tool it can only provide some insight as to where I can improve (healing wise at least).

I know Healbot is so out of date, and Vuhdo/Grid are better, but I originally set up my druid with it and feel a lot more comfortable using it. I don't have any noticeable drawback using healbot as of now.

Guild History
I was part of 2 guilds during Legion, Resentful and The Rebels. I left the first one due to guild unrest leading to the break up of the Mythic raid team. As for the latter, player inactivity has led the guild to hiatus mode. I want to join TRC because it has a big community, and is one of the most competent guilds in the server.

Raid availability
My general attendance is ~90%. I can't attend every raid because the nature of my job.
