[RG1] Neroni, Lvl 100 BM Hunter

To which Raid Group are you Applying?
RG1
Experience + Raid Role
Played WoW as hunter since vanilla but only started raiding in Cataclysm.
Currently i have cleared:
- EN 7/7 M
We started very late. We had 2 sessions of massive fail on Nythendra, and then i took over as raid leader (was pretty fresh to the guild).
Under my leadership, in 7 sessions of 3 hours we had reached Cenarius. The next day NH was released so no cutting edge for me or the guild.
- NH 2/10
HC was pretty hard due to people failing basic mechanics even when they were told on-the-fly what to do.
We started mythic 2 weeks ago i believe and killed the first 2 bossed a few times.
Could not kill the 3rd due to basic laser dodging mechanics and melee preferring to top the dps than eat cakes.

I am very confident in my abilities.
I dont fail mechanics and the perks of being a raid leader is mandatory knowledge of everything that is currently happening and is going to happen. Plus the adapt on-the-fly when poo hits the fan.
Your Spec
Currently playing as a Beast Master because i didnt roll a hunter to be melee and because MM currently plays like joke and feels like a joke (RNG hell).
Artifact level: 41 (7.2)
Rotation:
For ST raids
1. Bestial Wrath + A Murder of Crows
2. Kill Command + Aspect of the Wild
3. Dire Best + Titan's Thunder
4. Obelisk of the Void relic
5. Spam Cobra Shot + Kill Command (have the belt legendary)
Then try to sync a AotW with BW for some more CS/KC spam.
Stats:
I use simulation craft all the time for my stats.
Talents:
ST: 2212112
AoE: 211332
It really depends on the gear and legendaries. Everything is tested with simulation craft.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
I do not plan to progress with any other character. There is not enough time to properly manage more than one, especially if the loot drop RNG is poo. (got no items from HC NH in the first 4 weeks of release, because... BLIZZARD. The less loot i get, the more i have to play the game)
Communication
Working mic and headphones.
Use it to great effect while raid leading.

Please dont read too much into them. There is so much attention one can pay to his rotation while raid leading and facepalming. Plus, ranged classes have way too many mechanics to handle compared to melee.
Your UI
Currently unable to provide a screenshot, but i am using weakauras2. I find it mandatory to keep up with Beast Cleave.
Guild History
Started Legion in iWipe. Friendly guys until the GM literally went insane and stated accusing people left and right that we manipulated him and made him lie to his guild members (i have screenshots... most sad)
Moved on to Gourmet Walrus which i have just left.
Most members quit wow in the span of 1 week (bored maybe).
GM quit as well w/o citing any reason. This has caused even more people to leave.
If i am to rebuild, i would have to recruit 15+ people and educated them into the mythic ways. Which... is too much trouble to be worth.
I would like to join The Raven Council because i want to do mythic runs. I have the skills, the tactics, the mechanics.
The only thing i dont have is the 1st BiS legendary. I do have the 2nd BiS and 5 others...
I would be a good asset to the team.

Being a freelancer, i can be online 99% of the time.
