My name is Theodor ( Teo for short ). I am 26 from Greece and finishing university as an engineer.
To which Raid Group are you Applying?
Applying for RG1
Experience
I have been playing since vanilla. Cleared MC,BWL,AQ20,AQ40 and a bit from naxx. Didnt play much in TBC , Cata and pandaria. In wotlk i cleared everything except of algalon. In Wod i played up to Blackhand mythic which we killed before the realease on CItadel and i returned in Legion to play with some friends and we did up to skorp mythic
Raid Role
Playing balance druid, decent rdps with good mobility and survivability. I am always prepared for raids having watched guides on youtube explaining tacts and then watching specific balance druid pov videos to adjust faster to the fight. MMo threads and druid discord channel is where i check for best talents,items and rotation
Your Spec
54 traits in balance. As for the rotation main point is to keep dots up all time, not to overcap astral power , cast as many artifact skills as possible and always have ap pooled for when its needed ( add burst for example). Main stat is haste and should be at least 30% and after that mastery which buffs aoe and starsurge . Talent choices are pretty clear so far divided in pure ST for fights like trilliax and krosus and Aoe for almost every other fight.I like testing hybrid builds and get my own results other than checking logs of the top druids in each fight.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
54 traits in resto and 41 traits in guardian.Started the expansion as resto but around the end on EN i switched to balance which i found more challenging and fun to play. I still heal in high m+ and always gather gear for it. As for the guardian i just spend artifact power just in case i might need to tank someday but havent done any practise on it. I also have a 885 tank dh which i leveled so that i can do M+ with a tank and mostly played it casually.

Yes i have a mic and i am comfortable with using it when needed. I could be using the forums if its needed

Guild History
Currently playing in Legion of Lobsters which is a Greek guild made by friends. I decided to leave because we had trouble progressing and it seemed like we were doing circles.
Raid availability
Yes can attend almost every raid as long as there isnt an emergency
