Im former member of Guild named "You cant sit with us" which has been recently disbanded i cleared:
EN 7/7 normal,7/7 HC and 7/7 Myth
ToV 3/3 normal,3/3 HC and 2/3 Myth
NH 10/10 normal,10/10 HC and 3/10 Myth

Raid Role:
Im just a simple healer i heal and dispell when im supposed to.
I watch updates on wowhead
I prepare by watching youtube, reading description in journal.

Your spec:
My main spec is Restoration with Artifact lvl at 48

Off spec and alternative character:
My off spec is ele 35 artifact lvl using it mostly for WQs my DPS is low something between 400-500k if i do well.
Also have a guardian druid but i dont focus her too much just when im in mood i play with her.

Communication:
I do have a mic i dont mind using it during raid but im shy and quiet person so i dont really speak much.

Combat logs:
They dont look that good ehm ehm other healers where really powerfull also combat logs are kinda new to me.
