Experience
I have quite a lot of experience with raiding dating back to vanilla Wow.
In vanilla Wow I raided as a Warlock, and reached C'thun, did not kill him/her (it?). I was the class leader for warlocks and were in charge warlock specific things in the raid encounters.
In TBC I rerolled to paladin and learned about the healing arts. Instead of class leaders we had Role leaders and I was put in charge of the healers. I raided up until Black temple and then took a small break from WoW halfway through Black temple. The guild I had been with since Vanilla kinda fell apart in the last stages of TBC, hence why I took a break.
In Wotlk, I once again rerolled (might see a pattern here....) to Death Knight. I joined a new guild that focused on 10 man, (which later merged with another guild to do 25-mans.) We actually managed to down Lich king before the weekly buffs were introduced and it felt like a huge achievement.
In cataclysm I went a bit more casual with raiding and only did the first tier (Blackwing descent and bastion of twillight). I did see firelands but not really worth mentioning.
In Pandaland I didnt do much raiding, I did clear normal Siege of orgrimmar, but that was much later when everyone was overgeared.
In Wod, kinda the same thing as pandaria.. I had a job that didnt give me much free time except the weekends and I didnt feel like raiding then.
In Legion, I guess I havent dont that much yet! I joined a Pug Normal EN and cleared all except Xavius.
Raid Role
My role as an enhance shaman is obviously damage and provide some form of utility. I can cast small instant heals when I have Maelstrom. I got Aoe stun talanted, and crowd control (hex).
I read up a lot on my class from sites like icy-veins and mmo-champion. I used to visit noxxic as well but I heard they have kinda fallen behind. I also read on the wow subreddit, but that's mostly memes I guess.
I judge my performance based on how I feel i performed during the fights. Some fights it's more important to avoid things than dealing damage (usually a combination of the two) and if I fail a mechanic I do my best to not repeat that mistake.
Your Spec
My rotation is priority based, that is, I have to maintain the 3 main buffs for my class (boulderfist, frostbrand and flametoungue). I have to keep them refreshed but only refresh them when they are about to run out. Other than that I mainly just pray to the old gods for stormbringer proccs so I can spam stormstrike whenever I dont have to refresh my buffs. There are some other abilities that I use, but those are usually the longer cooldown ones that I use as often as I can and when appropriate.
Statwise, agility is a priority followed by mastery and haste. I have the trinket spontaneous appendages that supposedly proccs stormbringer (unless they fixed it recently).
I dont think I have any talentchoices that dont make sense. When it comes to artifact though, it might look weird that I havent all 3 golden passives. But that is because I rarely use lava lash and even some minor artifact passives are more important / dps heavy.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
I could of course switch speccs if needed to, but uh, I havent spend any time or thought on learning elemental, or even resto. I do have nice relics in my resto weapon but I dont know how to heal as a shaman unfortunately.
Communication
I have a microphone and I am used to communicate with it during raids. Since I am not in charge of anything I'll keep quiet unless I feel I have to give my input on something during the encounter. When not fighting a boss I have no problem talking.
Combat Logs
Since I havent raid I dont really have any logs. I did go do a LFR ursoc to get some kind of log though. You can find that report here: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/jAVKzNpRMkXCFZJw/

No raidframes in this picture, but it's the defualt one. I usually dont edit my actionbars.
Guild History
I kinda told you that in my social application. But i was in a guild called SK (Suicide Kings) in vanilla and TBC. Then I joined a guild called Emerald Eternity ( that merged with a guild called Acta Sanctorium). After that I've mainly been in a small friendsguild.
Raid availability
I usually have all evenings off, so shouldnt be a problem. I'm quite active during the weekends aswell.

Miscellaneous
I used to raid a lot and I do feel something is missing now that I dont. It's great being part of a raiding group and the community that means. I checked someones stream (I dont remember his name) when you were raiding and it looked fun and more in line of what I am looking for nowadays.
If I get accepted I will of course put more effort into my character to be as prepared for raiding as I can be, that means..getting flasks when needed, buff food, potions. Spend more money on correct enchants and gems.
