[RG1] Druuk 100 Death Knight - Legion

Who is your character?
My main was Krieg before but come Legion i will be getting into the death knight role as the artifacts are the most appealing to me of all the classes.

Character is nothing impressive but the expansion is around the corner so things will change fast.

I am 28 years old. I live in Sweden! My name is not important... What is important is what I'm going to do... Nah I'm kidding my name is Mikael.
Experience
I started raiding in Vanilla wow with MC and some BWL, saw some of AQ40. TBC i cleared all content available. I raided all content in WOTLK up to Yogg-0 before i actually stopped raiding and started playing wow more casually due to studies. I raided Trial of the crusader and ICC with my old guild aswell but as a casual more or less.
I did some random raids while it was content in Cataclysm but i did not like that expansion at all so i did not play most of it.
I my old guild reformed during MOP and cleared some content but guild disbanded before it ever came anywhere really. I raided SoO with TRC and did some heroic/mythic with the guild before WoD came. In WoD i havent been raiding much at all. I have done all the content but not really paid much attention to the expansion since it was pretty bland and boring. Some heroic HFC with alts in trc and such.
Raid role
If I was to raid i would raid as a Melee-DPS. I always try to push my char to its potential and try to max out my dps as good as I can. Even tho my current class/spec might be behind other classes I try to push to the limit anyway. I always buy flasks and buff-food prio to raids and read up on tactics. I enlighten my knowledge on current class dps rotation and mechanics by reading forums and trying different talents and specs on dummies. I adapt fast, I have been raiding for a long time. I might be rusty but when i get into it I should be a solid member for the damage front and raiding group overall.
Spec and talent choices
I have been leaning mostly towards frost because of the bursty damage and play style and the fact that i enjoy classes without pets more than those with pets. Following the beta progress both Frost and Unholy should be competative dps specs. Unholy pulling ahead some on aoe but that should be about it. I enjoy classes focused alot of crit and haste to get the feeling of hard and fast hitting melee strikes. Playing after a prio system with the rune management is a fun and engaging way to play the game aswell.
Talent choices are and will continue to be pretty much adapting to either single target or aoe/cleave fights.
First tier:Being it either taking Shattering strikes to buff frost strike damage or Icy talons to gain higher attack speed thus generating more runic power from Runic attunement. Icy talons are preferred on aoe because it helps proc more killing machines giving more Frostscythe usage to cleave. Icy talons is a solid choice for single target aswell due to the high runic power regen.
Second tier: Horn of winter is a must take in my opinion due to the on demand resource regen very much needed in bursty situations where stuff needs to die fast.
Third tier: Avalance has been proven to be the best talent in this tier offering some extra damage on a CD usage. Ice cap can be good too due to the lowering of Pillar of Frost CD.
Fourth and fifth tier are not that relevant and very situational talents.
Sixth and seventh tier:Sixth row is choices to either have cleave damage or more runic power for single target damage from frost strike spam. Runic Attunement synergizes very good with Icy Talons to both keep the attack speed buff up constantly and generating a steady flow of runic power. Other than that it comes down to the only in my opinion useful talent in the last row Glacial Advance because of high damage low cooldown. Obliteration can be good for those bursty situations too because of it making frost strike proc killing machine but its very situational.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
I will offspec either Unholy or Frost depending on what artifact i pick first and focus on. As mentioned before mostly leaning towards Frost as main spec.
I have to many characters and wont list them all but most of them are in the guild.
Communication
I have a headset and a mic and would speak when needed.
Logs
No logs to offer I'm afraid because i have not participated in any real raiding for a while.
Your UI
Mostly standard UI trying to keep it as clean as possible. Not gonna provide any screenshot since its really nothing special.
Guild History
Revelations of Defias Brotherhood is the only really good guild I have been a member of worth mentioning. Raided with them on my warrior Krieg thru out TBC and almost whole WOTLK.
Raid availability
I can raid whenever there is a raid scheduled!
ReferencesAfter speaking with Ems/Emix I was conviced to write an application for RG1 cus I really wanna raid in Legion. Other than that Tufib is my RL friend and can vouch for me being a good player.

I'm unemployed and i go to the gym a couple of days per week. I'm a geek and I have always been! I like long walks in the frostbitten woods in the dark of the night listening to obscure and satanic black metal. Actually scrap the woods frost and outside part.

I want to raid in Legion with you guys rather than being in a guild but not being a part of the guild so to speak!
