[RG1] Brad, Protection Warrior

Who is your character?

Who are you?
Rash, 25 years old from Kuwait.
To which Raid Group are you Applying?
Raid group 1 is my aim currently, willing to tag along with raid group 2 if needed.
Experience
Okay lets see, I've been playing since Vanilla, started on US Arthas realm, played for many of the top guilds there during that time, cleared most of the contents (MC/BWL/AQ20-40) up until we hit that wall that was Naxx40, then TBC hit and the transition for me went smoothly, continued to clear contents in a steady pace starting from Karazhan all the way to TK, after that WoTLK was upon us and I managed to successfully clear all content prior to ICC (Only did up to Professor) if my memory serves me right but it was due to me being burned out and that's when I decided to take a long hiatus from the game. I came back during the early launch of cataclysm on EU servers this time, and managed to clear all contents successfully -Sinestra, but killed shortly after with FL gears, DS was cleared swiftly afterward., that's when I decided to go a little too extreme and play for one for the top guilds at that time which was Envy, I successfully passed my trial and tagged along with them for around 6 months before I decided that raiding for 12 hours and keeping up with uni was too much. and that's when I took another long break during MoP and came back for WoD, this time I decided to chill and play 'casually' in the mid ranks guilds, however I found out that this doesn't suit me either, so I'm looking for a guild that is driven and able to clear contents within a reasonable raiding hours for legion.
Characters played in Chronological order:
US: Arthas
-Blorisper: Warrior Tank ( All of Vanilla )
-Serahh: Rogue (All of TBC)
-Blorisper/Serahh: Warrior Tank/Rogue (WoTLK).
EU: Stormscale/Auchindoun
- Sync DK Tank: (All of Cataclysm)
- Syncfour: Rogue (All of Cataclysm) we were obligated to be able to play more than 2 classes
- Bradd (All of this current tier).
Raid Role
My role as a tank holds many responsibility I feel. communications with the other tank and your healers is a key otherwise things can get pretty sketchy pretty quick for both you and your healers. secondly I feel as a tank you need to be 100% reliable, a tank that doesn't show up in time can hinder the entire raiding team.
As for the second part of the question, I keep myself prepared by watching a tank PoV vids of the current encounter we're about to embark on however the most important ritual for me before going into a new fight is studying kill logs of other guilds/tanks withing a certain encounter, a video might not show all the bits and details of what actually happening.
Your Spec:
Rotation for protection warrior is almost non existent however you'd want to Shield Slam as much as possible while keeping either Shield Block or Shield barrier up pretty much 100%, as for stats priority its also a clear cut you'd want to go Bonus Armor>Mastery>Crit>Haste=Versatility, moving on to specs, it all depends whether you choose the 5% extra damage reduction from Gladiator's Resolve for survive ability or Anger management if you'd like to dish out more DPS with Bloodbath. (Ravager for AoE Tanking/fights)
Off-specs and Alternative characters:
My off spec is well rounded, currently its Arms although I used to be "okay-ish" with it, its been a while and I would need to practice it more, so as long as I get a heads up I should be able to adapt pretty quickly.
Unfortunately my alts are pretty whack at this moment (This expansion especially is very non alt friendly in my opinion) however I've been at a point where it is a must, so I'm willing to gear my alts up if that's what the guild requires.

Communication:
Absolutely, I'm usually very talkative especially when I feel its going to have a good result on the encounter, and I love using the forums to discuss tactics as opposed to forcing it mid progress.

Guild History
For most of this expansion I played with a bunch of IRL friends guild, and as for most if not all of those IRL guilds end up in disbanding.
and now I recently moved to 'Prime' however they decided to take a break until legion. which leaves me sitting here doing nothing.
Raid availability
With no problems, I currently have nothing that can hinder me from being available.

I'm just your average joe, love to play games as well as going outside every once in a while, I'm also trying to get back in shape so working out is part of my daily routine, I like watching TV series/Anime but mainly the mainstream ones (GoT/BB/Naruto) etc.
Misc:
Although I'm only 11/13M, I've used OpenRaids and got myself into Archimonde progress group and we managed to get him to like 45% give or take, however the guild I played with were nice and left some good feedbacks/ratings if you'd like to see them.
