[RG1] Achiro, lvl 100 Rogue

Who is your character?
Achiro (name after transfer), rogue, my favourite is Assassination, but I can play in all 3 specs.

Who are you?
My name is Vadim, Im 32 years old and Im from Russia. Working in IT-consulting in big company, producing mineral fertilizers.
To which Raid Group are you Applying?
Im applying to RG1, but this application is for Legion raids.
Experience
In my first raid I was mage and it was Naxxramas in Lich king, I think it was normal, but I dont remember clearly, Im just definitely killed Kel'Thuzad.
After that was Ulduar and Hodir tries in crafted frost-resist set
Then Trial of the crusader and Lich king 25 normal.
Bastion of Twilight 1/6 Heroic
Blackwing Descent and TotFW normal
Firelands 6/7 Heroic with my holy pally (Majordomo)
Dragon soul 8/8 Heroic with my resto shammy, and since then I was playing with shaman
in Heart of Fear and Mogu'shan vaults I was raiding 5/7 for about 4-5 hours each day and completed full heroics here, but in ToES we kill 1/4, after that our static was disbanded, because all got tired (here is few videos from that times).
I missed the beginning of SoO a bit, but completed 12/14 before WoD prepatch and the last two in october.
In Highmaul we completed 6/7 M before BRF comes out, and 7/10 BRF M before my daughter was born and I stopped raiding (and here is also few videos from my current patch raiding).
So I have no experience in last tier: HFC.
Raid Role
My current role is damage dealer and Im prepare for it gearing for my best stats and having my food, potions and flasks stacked. Im judging my perfomance by checking logs before and after boss fights to see what I can improve, because there is always way to improve my skills
Im learning new things about my class on sites such as Icy veins, MMO-champ forums, wowhead guides and simcraft. For rogue there is also Shadowcraft available.
Your Spec
Because I wasn't raiding last year, my gear is not optimized and actual, so keep it in mind.
Stats for assassination: Agility > Mastery > Crit > Multistrike > Versatility > Haste
For rotation highest priority is to maintain Rupture 100% of boss fight, use Mutilate as main combo point builder before 35% and Dispatch at execute phase, and Envenom with 5 combo points. Its pretty simple rotaion For cooldowns Vendetta and Vanish (and second Vanish with prep).
Talent choices:
Shadow focus
Combat readiness
Cheat death
Shadow step
Prey on the weak
Anticipation
Shadow reflection
Although on beta today rogues changed pretty much, so all that section doesn't have any meaning imho
Off-specs and Alternative characters
I like to know everything about my class so there is no problem to use any spec and change it if needed.
I have almost every class level 100, just didnt play warlock and priest in WoD so they are 91 and 90 lvls.
Im also wished to tank in legion and tried to find guild for that purpose, but nobody want good tank without descent experience
(I only had heroic raiding experience in ToT and it was like this and this)
I also know how to play almost every class, because I was playing and learning them all somedays.
From all tanks I just dont like monk if you wish to see me tanking
Communication
I have mic and can use it. And its good to have alive forum to read something usefull

Сэндеро Люминосо (dont exist anymore, Dragon soul) good small guild of friends, disbanded before Pandaria
Санлайн (early Pandaria) tired of hardcore raiding and static disbanded
Фёрстборн(nowadays): this is very good guild and I like people here, but after my daughter was born I cant raid with them anymore because of early raid time, thats why Im looking a guild for Legion with RT that fits me and thats why Im here.
