10/14 HC SoO pre-6.0, 14/14M in 6.0, 7/7 HC HM and 1/7M HM on my WW monk, 10/10HC and 1/10M BRF with Uruk, 5/13M HFC with Uruk.
Raid Role
[Describe your current role in a raid team, how you prepare for it and how you judge your own performance. Where do you learn new things and keep yourself updated on your class?]
I'm a dps. I always prepare myself with food, pots, flasks and other stuff. I always watch guides and research tacts to be able to perform as god as I can. I follow various class sites, such as Icyveins and sonofalich so that I can be updated on my class changes.
Your Spec
[Tell us about your rotation priorities (for DPS primarily), stat priorities, important talent and glyph choices, etc. We like to see the insight behind your gear and build choices, and it clarifies things in case Armory shows you in some strange PvP/soloing spec!]
As UH, I have two playstyles: BoS one for ST and Necroblight for AoE. BoS one is basically getting to high RP, poping BoS along with my on-use trinket proc and often legendary ring for best effect. Then it's about keeping BoS up as much as possible, via correct use of FS, SS, soaking magic damage with AMS when possible and ERW. After that, it's FS to convert runes, SS to dump runes and build RP, keeping diseases up and managing RT stacks for best rune usage. Soul Reaper on CD at and below 45% HP. Good usage of Necroblight involves good usage of a talent UB to quickly build max stacks and careful usage of FS to prolong the duration of NP until UB is off CD. There's more but I mostly do what Son of a Lich site suggests.

Multistrike > Mastery > Crit > Haste > Versatility
Major
Glyph of Regenerative Magic
Allows more frequent uses for Anti-Magic Shell if it does not fully absorb all magic damage. There are no downsides to this glyph and is strongly recommended.
Glyph of Blood Boil
Extends the damaging and disease spread range of Blood Boil, pretty much mandatory for any encounter with movement or AoE.
Glyph of Raise Ally
Makes our battle rez free of cost, avoiding having to pool Runic Power in the event that a brez is needed.
Minor
Glyph of Tranquil Grip
Removes the taunt component of Death Grip. A must for all DPS as we rarely if ever want to taunt adds or a boss.
Glyph of Army of the Dead
Removes the taunt component of the ghouls summoned by this ability. A must for all DPS as it can cause some annoying situations with your tanks.
Glyph of Path of Frost
Situationally used to mitigate unavoidable fall damage.
Level 56: Plague Leech if using Defile or Breath of Sindragosa. Unholy Blight or Plague Leech if using Necrotic Plague. Plaguebearer never
Level 57: Anti-Magic Zone to mitigate a raid wide spell damage ability. Purgatory in all other cases
Level 58: Death's Advance, the other talents are used situationally when there’s a need for slows or a stun
Level 60: Blood Tap or Runic Corruption if you have a lot of trouble using BT
Level 75: Death Pact
Level 90: Situational for the encounter
Level 100: Breath of Sindragosa for single target encounters and when you can AMS soak an ability while breath is active, Defile is an alternative to BoS on single target encounters, Necrotic Plague for AoE
Off-specs and Alternative characters
[How comfortable are you switching to your off-spec for a fight/raid if needed?

Aye, I got it and am not afraid to use it! And yea, I'm comfortable with using the forums.
Combat Logs
[If possible please link a log showing your character raiding current content. If you have no logs, please explain why (eg, logs expired) and/or aim to log your performance from an LFR/Normal/PUG run, to add to your application. TRC raiders are expected to review their own performance on Warcraft Logs in order to improve, so you should be/get used to doing this.

Guild History
[What other guilds have you been in? What made you move(/plan to move) from these guilds, and why do you want to join TRC?]
I was in a few guilds but they broke. The most recent one I'm still in, Oathsworn, had a really nasty breakdown, which forced me to search for a new guild.
About why I want to join you...I'm looking for a guild I can clear mythic content while current with, and you look like a guild that is capable of doing that. And Bowick is pretty fun, so I'm interested in meeting the rest of you as well.
