[Social] Kurith, Lv20 Druid
Posted: 13 Aug 2015, 13:15
Thanks for taking the time to readWho is your character?
A Night-Elven Druid by the name of Kurith, (currently Lv20 at the time of this application). I also have Draenei Monk that I'm working on, but at this time it's Kurith I'm applying with today
Who are you?
My name is Andrew, 35, from the sunny [read: rainy and/or dull] beaches of Kent, UK.
Activity
I'm usually PvPing these days should the lust for pixelated blood arise, but I sometimes dabble in raids. So long as there's a friendly bunch of people I can pest.. I mean chat to and do stuff with whilst I play, then I'm happy.
Guild History
This would be the first guild I've applied for on DB, but the main guilds I've been in are as follows: Circle of the Moon (Scarshield Legion Alliance - Vanilla), Covenant (Sha'tar Horde - TBC), Twilight Dawn (Sha'tar Alliance - TBC), Aegis (Sha'tar Alliance - TBC/Wrath), Entropy (Argent Dawn Alliance - Wrath), The Promise (Moonglade Horde - Wrath). I know, I've moved around a lot, haha.
My reasons for moving on were all due to each of these guilds being disbanded or majority of members disappearing for extended amounts of time, leaving those guilds very inactive.
References
I came across you via the WoW forums. Someone was looking for a guild and you were mentioned so I decided to check you out and here I am. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone in the guild just yet.
About you
Personally, I'm an easygoing person who banters a lot with people I've gotten to know. I'm known to be a crazy weirdo, I've been known to have a wacky sense of humour but I've always known when to calm that down when a situation requires it and be more approachable, supportive and mature (I work within the emergency and non-emergency healthcare field, to give a little background). Basically I don't take life all that seriously, never offensive but can be supportive when need be.
Gnomes...
...weren't taken all that seriously but then they learnt all about engineering and technology and they started providing something to the Alliance so people had no choice but to accept and declare them as real people. They do make excellent footballs on the fields of battle though.
