Who is your character?

Hurley Gravenhearth, dwarf shaman, level 100. Tough as old boots, seasoned but not yet old. Has terrible trouble with griffons, keeps falling off. Did so once over Ogrimmar and nearly frightened one of the Saurfangs to death when he fell through the outhouse roof (no idea which Saurfang, was too busy runnin' like hell). Proud owner of a very thick skull.

Philosopher, drinker, freelance totem repair operative (reasonable rates). Healing is a speciality (former medical officer, Ironforge 22nd Regiment, "the Old Taurenflingers") also setting fire to things. Has learned the great importance of not getting those last two specialities the wrong way around.

Criminal Record

Just completed three year, 2 mile, Stormwind exclusion order for;
one count of Public Misuse of a Fountain;
one charge of Doing Impressions of the Royal Family with Unsuitable Vegetables contrary to section 3 of the 'Leave Anduin Alone' Act;
one count of Drunk in Charge of an Unlicensed Horde Mount (Kodo);
one count of Making Off without Payment (complainant a Mrs E. Wiggins of Mrs Wiggins Olde Tea Shoppe and Succubus Emporium).

Who are you?

Kevan, very much the wrong side of 30, UK. Got into Shaman-ism after watching those adverts with William Shatner, cos, y'know, Captain Kirk is a Shaman.

Activity

Been away a while, would like to poke some dungeons, help out where I can, socialise. Done most things at one time or another.

Guild history

Recently, only the Fellowship of Wanderers, but they kind of stopped. Way back when, there were quite a few. The Alliance Watch, and there was the Seraphim Nocturnus. But that was long ago, and far away...

References

I remember your guild starting (yep, that old). I know Paalim and he recommended you.

About you

Hmm. Well, at the risk of sounding like a bad novel, I was there at the beginning when the lights went on. I came over from Argent Dawn when DB started and I got killed by that horde who power levelled to max and then haunted Astranaar for weeks. 40 man raids, AQ, mad assed BC heroics, all the way to here, with a few breaks along the way.

I like people much more than I like loot, and a bit less than I like biscuits.

I don't have as much free time as once I did, but nice guild, with a warm fire and a few tales to tell would be about right. I like to try and help out with whatever's needed.

Gnomes

From the Encylopaedia Azerothica, 3rd Edition

The common Gnome, or Homo Brevis Culus, was first bred by troll sports scientists who were searching for an aerodynamic alternative to the rugby ball that could fetch itself back from the stands when punted too hard into the crowd. Since winning their freedom in the revolution that started on what the trolls still call the Night of the Bloody Kneecap, Gnomes have spread to most parts of Azeroth, finding their talents much in use for engineering, cat racing, and draft exclusion. The most famous living Gnome is Breck Snotrocket, 13th times All Azeroth Finding Things Under Sofas champion.
