Experience
I started raiding in MoP cleared 10/14 Heroic and then 14/14 once mythic came out, cleared 7/7 HC Highmaul and 1/7 mythic HM, mainly due to me being cut from the raid team because of bad PC, but i have a new one, which is amazing now, and now into BRF im 9/10 NM 8/10 HC and I have yet to see the mythic content.
I've only ever properly raided on my Warlock, the main alt I've played in raids is a Boomkin/Feral druid.
Raid Role
To prepare for a new boss encounter I will make sure to have looked up the boss guides for that fight and have thought about how my talents and glyph s can be optimal for that fight.
I judge my own performance by looking through logs which I take myself, always checking skada, not just DMG done, but DMG taken, DMG done to certain adds ect.
I learn new things from practicing in pugs when im not in a main raid, I watch streams of the better players, e.g. top guild players.
Im always looking up at the top ranked Warlocks, looking at how they've spec'ed their talents and glyphs, I also freqently check up on Icy Veins.

Teir 1 - Soul leech is by far the best choice as the shield that it applies to you is just insane and the damage reduction is brilliant
Teir 2 - So its really between shadowfury and mortal coil, mortal coil is good for fights with nothing to stun, and you only really use it for the healing effect, shadowfury is brilliant for fights like beastlord where you can stun the adds that come out, reducing the damage intake by the tanks
Teir 3 - Soul link mixed with the glyph of eternal resolve is amazing, passively decreasing the damage you take by 30%. While if you run Destro/Aff it becomes even better with Grimoire of sacrifice as it increases your base HP by 20% and you get a 2% heal every 8seconds.
Teir 4 - pretty much useless for PvE, burning rush has some uses but it drains your HP so it kinda sucks.
teir 5 - Grimorire of Supremacy is better for lower ilevels but as im getting to higher ilevels Grim- Service and Synergy are becoming much better
Teir 6 - Archimonde's Darkness hands down, KJC and MF dont even compare to AD.
And finaly Teir 7 - "Demonb!---- Oh...." As you may have known Demonbolt was OP but sadly now its out of the game, which leaves us with Cataclysm and Demonic Servitude, DS is better on single target fights mixed with Grimoire of Service, as if you run those 2 together you can use a doomguard as an extra CD! Cataclysm is amazing for burst AOE fights as well and if you get a Grimoire of synergy proc at the same time, thats amazing burst damage + 15% dmg.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
Off-specs? Uhh I fully understand all the DPS specs for Warlock.
Alts? Well as i've already mentioned I play my moonkin/Feral druid which at the moment the only issue with them is they are lacking gear. I also play my hunter in some alt raids, but not as prominant as my Druid.

I feel 100% comfertable playing Balance or Feral druid, I mained my boomkin back in 5.4 for 6 months and then rerolled to lock once i heard the changed to them, but now after playing it, I feel much more comfertable with it and am ready for raiding.

Well, Hi, Michael here, I love being social with the guild talking with people ect ect, Im currently in school right now which kinda sucks I guess. I don't really know what to say about myself if im honest. I've loved games from when I was 8, allways played PC, coming from a Call of Duty,Left for dead 2, Battlefield, But i wouldent say im a typical FPS player, nerd raging ect.
