my name is Steven Roskam. im a 17 year old boy from the netherlands.
To which Raid Group are you Applying?

Experience

i started playing wow at the end of cata. but i only played as a very casual player. when mop came out I quit wow, and started playing at the start of WoD again. i have cleared highmaul 7/7 HC and 2/7 M. when it was the latest content.
in BRF I'm 9/10 nm and 7/10hc
Raid Role
[Describe your current role in a raid team, how you prepare for it and how you judge your own performance. Where do you learn new things and keep yourself updated on your class?]
my current role in a raid team is. a good dps that is always looking to improve himself dps wise, but also tactic wise and general raid awernes. whenever we start on a new boss I always look up on tacts, watch video's. i also adjust my glyph and talents for every boss encounter. i judge my own performance pretty good but there is always room for improvement. i often watch streams of people like Rikh (nihilum) and Lexi (method) etc. to learn from them. i try to get into pugs so i actually have some experience with the encounter.
Your Spec
[Tell us about your rotation priorities (for DPS primarily), stat priorities, important talent and glyph choices, etc. We like to see the insight behind your gear and build choices, and it clarifies things in case Armory shows you in some strange PvP/soloing spec!]
arcane is all about keeping your mana high while still casting 24/7. and knowing when to burn your mana down. and then get it back by the use of evocation. i always do this after I nuked my prismatic crystal.
as stat priority's ; mastery>haste>crit(i like to have some more crit)>multistrike>versatility
talents:
tier 1: i almost always have ice floes. because its awsome to have in a movement heavy fight.and just in general
tier 2: ice barrier. i use this always because its helpfull to ahve that 30k+ shield for big incoming dmg
tier 3: i use ring of frost. i only use this in cases like the adds from ko'ragh spawned so they would stay in the silence fields. the other talents are just crap imo
tier 4: i always have greater invis. because its very helpfull to have. in fights like iron maidens you can stop admiral from using penetrating shot on you, which saves mana on healers. and i like the 90% reduced dmg and the removing of 2 dmg over time effects
tier 5: its always supernova. because it just so much dmg together with my prismatic crystal and at multiple targets.
tier 6 : i use rune of power/incantersflow. rune of power on fights like gruul and kromog. and incanters flow on fights like oregorger and hans and franz
tier 7: its always prismatic crystal. because it just gives so much burst dmg.
glyphs:
glyph of rapid displacement: i just like having the 2 blinks because it gives me more mobility.
glyph of arcane power: i switch this around depending on how long the fight is and if i actually can use it twice in a fight
glyph of arcane explosion: i use this in aoe heavy fights to get to all the adds. or with kromog to hit as much hands i can
glyph of slow: i only use this on flamebender fight so its slows the cinder wolves
Off-specs and Alternative characters
[How comfortable are you switching to your off-spec for a fight/raid if needed?
Do you have any alts that would also be a viable option for raiding with us? (for the case that we love you but can't fit your main in our rosters) Please add Armory links for other characters if so, and tell us to what degree they are/have been played.]
im pretty comfertable on switching to fire if the raid needs it. i know most of the dps increase tricks for example with the 2 piece set bonus. i have a 5k combustion on my main target but to increase that i double inferno blast and then combust on another enemy so the ignite stacks and it will be around 10k combustion. i know how to do it, but i just can't yet since i dont have my 2 piece set bonus yet:(
i currently dont have an alt yet. but im gonna start lvl'n some of my low lvl chars
Communication
[Do you have a microphone and how comfortable are you with using it during encounters if needed? Are you happy to use these forums for discussion of tactics/general scheming, and check back regularly for important information?]
i have a perfectly working microphone and im not afraid to use it. to call out stuff or when i use a big cooldown.
i prefer disuccing stuff like tactics on ts or any voice com because its just more interactive but i will adjust to how this guild handles things.
Combat Logs
[If possible please link a log showing your character raiding current content. If you have no logs, please explain why (eg, logs expired) and/or aim to log your performance from an LFR/Normal/PUG run, to add to your application. TRC raiders are expected to review their own performance on Warcraft Logs in order to improve, so you should be/get used to doing this.
It's especially important for dps-players, and applicants who would need to transfer before we can trial them (eg Horde).]
i dont have any logs yet. since i'm still a fairly new player when it comes to these things. so i will begin logging.

Guild History
[What other guilds have you been in? What made you move(/plan to move) from these guilds, and why do you want to join TRC?]
inceptio. the reason why i plan to move is because. im not anymore satisfied with the way the raids are being lead. and the progression. they don't take measure's for people failing on the same thing over and over. i want to join TRC because from what i've heard from beastaly. it looks like a very professional guild with good progress and good players.

i can almost always make the raiding days/times there might once be something why i can't make it
