Who are you?
My name is Alexander, I am 24 years old. I live in Ukraine.
Experience
I've started playing in WOTLK. After being in a casual guild for a month or two I started a guild with friends, where I remained through all those years. We cleared full ICC on HC in WOTLK, in Cataclysm we killed Heroic Deathwing in March 2012. We had some breaks in Raiding in between, due to different issues(as we maintained a small core roster of friends). We stopped raiding as a guild at the start of MoP, because several our core players(and friends) stopped playing. I've been loyal to my mage, but knew mechanics of different other classes(to analyse WoL reports in order to instruct people who had bad performance in raids, so they could improve).
Raid role
I was asked to be a Raid Leader, also was a Guild Master for our guild. I tried to gather all general info about raid encounters and small tricks before raids (and instructed people, decided our raid strategy etc). Also to find out about neat tricks for my class to maximize my raid performance. Also I analyzed our raid's WoL reports and evaluated raiders' performance(including my own). I was also in charge of recruitment, organisation, conducting raids etc. I used to browse top guilds WoL reports of specific boss fights, MMO-C forums, watched many videos of boss fights, read SimCraft and several other websites.
Talent choices
I haven't played in SoO. When I actively played, I frequently changed glyphs and talents to optimize my performance on various boss encounters.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
I can level an alt if it's required, however I don't have any max level alts ATM.
Communication
I have a microphone and I'm comfortable with using it during encounters. When our guild raided back in the days, I was actively talking and giving voice commands(as a RL) to coordinate raid etc. I'll be happy to participate in strategy discussions via these forums and via skype(if you have a conference chat there).
Combat Logs
I don't have any logs, since all of them expired because our guild stopped playing at the start of MoP expansion.
Your UI
Since I haven't raided for a while I post a screenshot of my UI not in raiding environment. It should be noted that I also use DMB and Power auras for raids and try to keep clean.
Guild History
[What other guilds have you been in? What made you move(/plan to move) from these guilds, and why do you want to join TRC?]
I was mostly in one guild with my friend. I was asked to be a Raid Leader, also was a Guild Master for our guild. I'm still in that guild, but we stopped raiding at the start of MoP expansion. I'm looking for a guild because I want to raid in WoD. I want to join TRC because I admire your raid\life balance and think that your guild achieves remarkable result through good organisation, awesome teamplay and all your players are really skilled (because you achieve good raid progress with only 3\7 RT schedule).
Raid availability
I can generally make all of raiding days/times and I'll try to attend all of them or try to tell in advance if I can't be on a specific date.
