My character name is Sustertjie (it's Afrikaans for little sister), a gnome holy priest. I'm currently only level 88, but i think ill be lvl 100 soon Currently questing in Pandaria.

My name is Jan Wilem, I'm 21 years old and from the Netherlands. Thargas (Joachim) is a real life friend of mine from the same village. He's just been accepted in this guild and gave me information about this great guild.

Activity
[What do you like to do most in WoW?]

I like to explore and get reputation with different factions. I love to get titles, do professions and I'm really looking forward to the garrison. Currently Im doing a lot of PVE, but in the end game PVP is nice to do as well.

Guild history
[What other guilds were you in recently?]

I was in a guild called The Pantheon to, but its was really inactive so Joachim and I decided to leave and search for a friendly and more active guild (This was Joachims reason to leave our old guild and its the same for me actually. Couldn't say it better)

I found the guild through Joachim. I'm very happy that he has been accepted for him! I hope the same will happen to me.

Like Joachim, I've played a lot of private server WOW. I've always had a healer (most of the time a holy priest), so I know the ins and outs of that class. I was triggered by the new expension. Thats why I bought the game.

Gnomes

After a discussion with our dutch and south african gnomes (and non-gnomes) we came to the conclusion that your character name is probably not following Blizzard's naming policy for RP realms (https://us.battle.net/support/en/articl ... m-policies).

Otherwise, your application has been accepted, so poke an officer in-game after you found a more RP-realmy name.

I don't really understand the name issue.
My name is sustertjie, because I'm a female priest (commonly known as sisters) and im a gnome (I'm little) so not suster, but sustertjie (or little sister in English).

I think my name suits my character very well actually.

Can my explanation make a change?

Imagine an NPC called "Little Sister <Trade Goods>". Wouldn't it look weird? If a name is weird for an NPC, it is weird for a character on an RP server.

Thats why I didn't use the English translation, but the Afrikaans word.
So it would sound like a real name.

I won't pay 8 euro's to change my name, so I hope you'll change your decision.
Otherwise I can't join this guild I'm affraid.
