Experience
Kelstena has been my main since 2008 when I started playing. He's always been a Restoration Druid, and with him I cleared most of Naxxramas while it was current, and up to Mimiron in Ulduar while it was current. I never did General Vezax or Yogg-saron due to the guild's raid days changing.
I killed ToC Normal while it was current, and also managed 2 bosses in ToGC while it was current. Regrettably I have not been back to complete that.

The guild also killed Lich King 25, although I wasn't there for the kill!
In Cataclysm I'd started my own guild up again, but had switched to my warrior as my main and was playing as SMF. We had a nice 25-man team going, and we also had a 10 man team starting HC modes in T11. Unfortunately, due to the decline in population of the realm, the guild ceased to raid 25-man mode and lost a lot of the core members to higher populated realms, and such was the end of HC progression for that tier. That said, we still adventured into FL 10, although it was at this point I took a bit of a break from the game, and came back during DS.
I raided with the guild during DS until the release of SW:TOR When the guild fell apart completely. After this, I rebuilt the guild again, and we killed Deathwing, and then moved to Defias to start HC progress. We killed Morchok, Yor'shaj, Ultraxion and Warmaster Blackhorn while they were current.
Due to starting a new job and moving house etc, I have barely raided at all in MoP. However I cleared most of the first and second tier of raiding while it was current, but didn't get the last bosses until it was a patch later.
Raid role
Well, as a moonkin it's my job to /dance to keep the troops entertained during the fight.
If I absolutely HAVE TO, I'll keep my DoTs rolling on as many targets as I can while dishing out as much damage as possible to the correct targets. I'm a huge stickler for hitting the correct targets, and can't stand it when people won't switch when asked!
I also heal people if the situation becomes very dire.
I know I'm performing well if my assigned task is completed. For example killing adds as soon as they spawn. Also being in the correct position at all times so I won't get hit by things is very important and something I make sure to do all the time.
Talent choices
I haven't really raided much in MoP so I can't really remember what I changed for each fight. Sorry that I can't go into detail on this one.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
So, I have quite a lot of alts, not all of them are geared well or even level 90, but I've got a full set of characters here.
[Horde] First of all my Shaman, Celei, she's mainly my PvP character, I once got to 1550 rating with her (Yep that's literally the extent of my PvP ability). She's a Restoration/Elemental Shaman and she's a skinner and leatherworker, although they're not finished being leveled yet.

[Horde] Then there's my mage, Utsukushii, she was, before I rebirthed my shaman, my PvP character. This character is my scribe. I don't often play with her.

[Alliance] Then next we've got my Warrior, Teslajin the Terrific HUMAN (ex. Troll) Tank who was my main throughout most of Cataclysm, she's barely ever played these days

[Alliance] Fareoila, alchemist extraordinaire and herbalist supreme. Yet *another* female character, capable of healing MSV normal I think, but not much else. Got her to 90 as shadow and didn't like it, tried healing, it was OK.

[Horde] My monk, named "Bonusroll" as an inside joke in my current guild was leveled to 90 in less than half a day, using Blizzard's kind RaF service. Cost me a tenner though *grumble*

And last but by no means least, I have an 85 Death Knight on Ravenholdt. I don't play him at all as the realm is dead and quite frankly I find questing through MoP to be interminable.

Communication
Yes I have a microphone, I'm fine with using it in an encounter. Yes I do love to browse forums, I get very bored at work :^)
Logs
As said, I haven't been raiding much in this expansion and I don't know how to find the old logs, or whether they'd even be relevant! I can get some LFR ones if they are necessary.

Guild History
The "main" part of my raiding career was in my own guild called Descendants of Madness on Scarshield Legion (From after my LK kill until the release of DS) after which we transferred and became Carpe Omnius. I left this guild as I had a lot of university work, and we were splitting up anyway because people stopped playing.
After the split, I then joined a guild on Defias called Neo Conquest. Conquest is truly one of the best guilds I've been in, with such friendly people.
I then transferred to Alliance and made a PvP guild with my friend before I stopped playing.
Raid availability
[Can you generally make all of our raiding days/times, or are there any difficulties with this? Our current raid schedule is found here.]
Right now, I can't make the Thursday raid, but hopefully if I get the new job I just applied for I will be able to! Also since I don't plan on raiding fully until WoD I have a lot of time to rearrange my schedule!

As I said at the top, I would prefer to join as social for the time being, but I would be more than happy to come along this expansion. I would like to go tank for WoD but would be happy with any spec except feral DPS!
