Raid role

I learn my technique from myself I suppose, I've been playing mage quite a while and I am familiar with all specs.
How I come prepared for raids? Well just to make sure I am on time I suppose, mainly preparing to take enough flask/pots/foodbuffs. Judging from my own performance; I always try to improve though I don't think that's the main reason why you raid. The fun and teamplay figuring out how the game mech's work. But hey, you never get old to learn more !

Experience

I've been raiding since WoTLK content that was first on my druid(Balance/Resto). But quickly after moved to main a mage.
there I have been raiding (When FL/DS/BWD/BOT/TOTFW) was current content.

Off-specs and Alternative characters
[How comfortable are you switching to your off-spec for a fight/raid if needed?
Do you have any alts that would also be a viable option for raiding with us? (for the case that we love you but can't fit your main in our rosters) Please add Armory links for other characters if so, and tell us to what degree they are/have been played.]

I do have "serveral alts" I have all classed maxed when it was still cata.
Now I have 90 mage,lock,dk,warr,pala. Rest all above 85. No Monk though.

Switching to a Alt I guess is not a issue, their gear might. But Paladin is Holy and trying to get him into gear (PvE) is full 522 PvP though.

Communication

I do have a microphone, I am comfortable with using it normally. But sometimes when other are around I don't want to annoy them.
Honestly I don't think I will use the forums to discuss tactics, rather talk about it over w/e VoIP system or In-game.

There serveral that have vanished. But mainly when The united exiles was still raiding I was in Core team.
