My name is Jeffrey Mechielsen, I´m 18 years old and i live in the Netherlands, and my study is Computer engineering.

Which of our two raid groups are you applying for?
Since i´ve seen that both raid groups aren´t in need of a tank, i just hope that im viable for a reserve or 3rd tank.

Raid role
At the moment I am the main tank of my group, what i do next to taking the damage is asking around in the guild group if they are in need of any flasks, buy noodle carts ect. and help out the raid leader with etc markings during the fight (for example Malkarok's arcing smash.)
What i do to keep up to date with my class is try to join as many raids as possible, i even do flex raids when i'm not even able to loot. Just o learn the fights better en see for improvements in my rotation/cooldown usage.

Experience
I started to take raiding serious in 5.4 only, but i'm a really fast learner (9/14 10man normal at the moment)

Off-specs and Alternative characters
I really don't mind switching to other characters, i even enjoy it, i am trying to gear up my restoration shaman at the moment, but im slacking big time.

Communication
I am able to use a microphone and i am not uncomfortable at all to talk, i am able to use every form of voice comms.

Guild History
I havent really been in any special guild, just social and general guild, at the moment I am raiding with Exterminatus (level 10 guild) and for the rest i was raiding with The Three Hammers (havent been in the guild itself)

Raid availability
Every day in evenings, sometimes not on wednesday due to work.

References
I have seen you around a lot in SW/Shrine and was I am looking to raid "on a higher level". And you can ask Frejva about how I do as a tank.

Hmmmm, well my name is Jeffrey Mechielsen, I live in Holland and studying computer engineering. My biggest hobby is ofcource playing WoW, next to that i listen a LOT to music, and in Summers I LOVE to sail on my motorboat and swim.
