Raid role
[Describe your current role in a raid team, how you prepare for it and how you judge your own performance. Where do you learn new things and keep yourself updated on your class?]
Well I've been a tank for nearly 6 years now, so i've got a little bit of experience
. I judge my performance to a level which can compete with the other players in this guild. Based on experiences from previous guilds and my own intuition. I'm learning new things from other tanks but mostly from sites as icy veins, noxxic and mmo-champion.com
Experience
[What is your prior raiding experience and when did you do it (ie, did you clear a raid when it was current content or not)? If you've performed any character change re-rolling in your time, what character(s) and role(s) did you play during which content?]
Classic World of Warcraft: nothing
The Burning Crusade: Karazhan, Gruul, ZA, MH, bit of BT
Wrath of the Lich King: Naxx, Malygos, S3D, Ulduar (9hm on 25, all on 10), ToTGC 4/5 on 25, ICC 11/12 HC 25 (most on Akuji, blood DK)
Cataclysm: Bastion of Twilight: 4/4, 1/4 hc Throne of the Four Winds: 1/2 (wasn't there at al'akir kill) Blackwing Descent: 6/6 norm 6/6 HC FL 7/7 norm DS 8/8 HC. (I took a large break in cataclysm, getting my diploma's and a job etc. When DS released I came back to proper raiding)
Pandaria: MSV 5/6 HC (no spirit kings) HoF 4/6 HC, many tries on 3+4 but our other tank did more damage than me so they chose him for the kills. TES: 4/4.
ToT: 2/13 HC with extensive experience on other bosses.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
[How comfortable are you switching to your off-spec for a fight/raid if needed?
Do you have any alts that would also be a viable option for raiding with us? (for the case that we love you but can't fit your main in our rosters) Please add Armory links for other characters if so, and tell us to what degree they are/have been played.]
I don't have an off-spec since I haven't been required to have one. I love tanking so i have no need to switch on occassion. My alts aren't geared yet (monk, priest, DK and pala) but gearing is hardly the problem these days
. If needed I will gear them and switch.

Communication
[Do you have a microphone and how comfortable are you with using it during encounters if needed? Are you happy to use these forums for discussion of tactics and general scheming?]
I use it a lot during encounters if needed and Have no problems with it. Other than that i'm usually pretty active on the forums so that shouldn't be a problem either.

Guild History
[What other guilds have you been in? What made you move(/plan to move) from these guilds, and why join ours?]
arted in Holland Inc, it was a social guild that did some raids in between. I wanted to raid more often so I went to Kicked out. Learned a lot there but they reformed as Pacifico. Been one of main tanks there until they decided they needed a fury warrior more. I left them because they were about to disband (core had spread out) and the guild had 7 active fury warriors. Barbarians (highest ranked for me, back then 150 world rank), Too high attendance (7/7 days). Awesome guild with very high progress but too much attendance, couldn't have a life next to it so i decided to leave and go to Argent dawn, and got accepted to Lunatics Convention. Raiding Core collapsed and it turned into a social guild. After that I went Ragnaros to play with some friends. MoX, Ragnaros, left them because I went away for 3 weeks, when I got back I got replaced as warrior/death knight class leader and was put back on trial. They said they would do it to everyone, 'till this day I still don't know why they did it. Especially since I was in that guild for over a year. Wiping as Intended, after a break from wow I Started to raid again, Was one out of 2 tanks in the guild, Short story: Guildmaster rage quits because it was too much pressure to lead a guild that size and on that level. We were in the top 400 of 25 man guilds.
After that I went to Anarchy (silvermoon), meeting up with old friends, stayed there for quite some time but their main tank came back (warrior) making me a 'left over'. We agreed that there was no point for me staying there.
Splendour frostmane: Feels like an alt guild, we clear normal every week since HC progression has to be pugged. Therefore there is a lot of rage during raids, I don't mind a bit of rage but this is ridicilous. And I prefer progress instead of normal clearing every week.
This is a lot, sadly but i've been unlucky with guilds disbanding, people coming back etc. This is over a spand of 6 years, sadly I don't have the dates for you. (Do want to point out that i'm not here for gear, kills are more important to me).
Raid availability
[Can you generally make all of our raiding days (for either RG1 or 2), or are there any difficulties with this? Our raid schedules are found -here-.]
The raiding times shouldn't be a problem.

I looked you up on Wowprogress, since i have a friend playing on this realm (last one who plays wow
). So sadly I have no one who can vouch for me.

I'm a serious raider but play this game mostly for the social aspect of it, without it I wouldn't be able to play it for 6 years. During raids i'm (often) serious but after that I love to joke around.
I work as a system administrator for an assurance company so I would love to help you with any PC problems you might have.

[If you have any extra notes that do not necessarily fit in anywhere else, stick 'em here.] Atm my current clearing content is low compaired to yours. Been on very many tries on Horridon, Iron Qon and Ji-kun. I can dream those fights already but sadly unable to get a kill with the raiding teams. (though Anarchy is on 5 already). Hopefully you can see past the low current content and give me a shot to prove myself.
