Why <The Raven Council> and not any other guild?
I'm not going to lie to you - I'v been desperatly looking for a place to call home for more then two weeks now. My first guild experience turned out to be filled with loads of drunken sweden teenagers, the other one was... well... me and this other guy who barely spoke any english and was online... twice. Both time drunk. Seriously it's like WoW is turning people into addicts. Oh wait!
Anyways I'm actually new to WoW (I used to play LOTRO a bit) and I'm just looking for friendly and mature environment to play in, friendly people to chat with (and to learn from) and generally someone I can perhaps share some special game moments. You seem like the right bunch.

I'm 28 years old from Czech republic. English is my second language (well... third actually) but I do my best
I'm government employee and (yet) I'm fun loving person who enjoys his precious gaming time, preferably with good company of mature, like-minded people.
So. That's me. If you like it, I'd be honored to become part of your Guild. If you don't... I'll still have my mustache. And I will come to haunt you when I'm lvl 85.
