Hello there, I'm Ryan, I'm from England and currently 23 years of age!

Experience
I've been raiding ever since ICC when it was current content. Clearing 12/12 Normal and following to 10/12 Heroic as a feral druid.
Through cata / mop / WoD i was off / on raiding, just clearing the current content on normal and not bothering to clear further than heroic,
Only note worthy experience afterwards is on my Shadow priest where i cleared EN 7/7 Normal and 5/7 Mythic. Cenarius killed the guild off unfortunately until Late Antorus where we cleared Heroic and tried to get more members for mythic progression but sadly stormreavers population was dead so we were only able to kill first boss.

Raid Role
My current role in raid team is offering great burst / sustain as a boomkin as well as utility when it comes to it , whether it's CR'ing / giving innervates ,off-healing in niche situations and having high mobility. when it comes to judging my own performance i often shadow-play the raids so i can look back on footage to pick out mistakes that i made during the fight as well as reviewing my own logs to see how i can improve further. When it comes to keeping myself up to date on the classes i'm playing I look at top players in other guilds, watch streams and follow class discords.

Your Spec
Currently my neck level is 39, Rotation consists of maximising up time on DoT's as well as resource / empowerment management. For example if empowerment for lunar strike / solar wrath exceed higher than 3 stacks of empowerment, making sure to spend them before casting any other star surges and being sure to never go over 100 Astral energy by spending starsurges efficiently , Boomkins generally want to aim for around 20% haste which helps with casting speed and resource generation, then prioritising mastery / versa / crit for flat damage increase on moonfire / sunfire and starsurge.
Talent choices depend on the fight, In current content the dps talents don't change seeing as a lot of fights are add heavy, fights such as grong and jaina however we can spec into Stellar flare for that added bit of damage on ST. Utility options do change on fights, whether it's typhooning raptors during conclave , mass entanglement on opulence adds / mekatorque robots or providing off healing with Restoration affinity on healing intensive fights.

Off-specs and Alternative characters
I'm currently only able to play balance at the moment however i have been looking to gear restoration as my off spec,
My other characters i have left behind on Stormreaver Horde however if needed for the guild i would happily transfer / gear for future raids, if interested my rogues current played time is 224 days played and shadow priests is 97 days played.

Communication
Yes i have a microphone, coming from an RBG heavy background i am extremely vocal when necessary, I would happily check forums for any new updates on the guild / tactics discussion. My BTAG is Dixie#21949

I know it isn't in a raid environment, LFR queues were taking to long at the time i was making this application, The bar you see above the crabs health bar isn't there normally, I have bigwigs set custom to appear above the bosses HP bar to keep track of ability CD's better, other than that just basic Elvui / details. I do also have weak auras just haven't gotten around to re-uploading dot tracking / empowerment tracking back yet having just reformatted my PC.

Deja vu - Guild i raided ICC with left after the guild fell apart during early Cataclysm

Legion:
Games General - Raided EN Mythic / Antorus Heroic / 1st boss Mythic. Left the guild / server mostly because the server was dead.

Raid availability
Currently i have no life priorities or any life at all for that matter so I'm 100% free to raid whenever!
