Experience
Legion is the my first serious endeavor into raiding and WoW in general. I have killed a few bosses in Blackwing Descent when it was current content in Cataclysm. My first character was made in TBC. I have been playing Legion for a little over two months.

Raid Role
I love tanking, and I love my current spec. I have recently sought advice from distinguished VDH players (not that many), in terms of maximising both survivability and damage in a raid environment. Other than that, I keep up to date with my class discord.
I watch several youtube channels.

I prepare for raid bosses and encounters by reading the written guides on Wowhead and watching fatbosstv's youtube videos. I like watching other guilds' kill videos. I watch other videos as well, for tactics, and I am always open to learning new strategies.

Your Spec
My artifact weapon is currently sitting at 46 traits. My rotation depends on my talents (heavily) and therefore on encounter/content type.
My stat priority has been stable and will most likely not change in ToS (Agility>Versatility>Mastery>=Haste>Crit). With this said, I do not have any stat weights.

In terms of my talent choices, I try to maximise DPS. My current build is very active, there are many things to track and the rotation is not straight forward. It is a mix of buff management and resource management, as well as the necessary health management.

I try to always use my damage mitigation abilities, and I have no problem surviving most tank-specific challenges.

I use WeakAuras (heavily). WeakAuras is just the best.

I never use my main spec for PvP.

Off-specs and Alternative characters
I mostly use my offspec for PvP and world content. I do not find the current Havoc single-target build fun, which is why I am reluctant to invest AP into my offspec artifact. I will however do it more and more, as the changes in 7.2.5 are, I think, improving the situation. I am currently at 33 traits and 1 legendary for Havoc.
I have been gathering and keeping gear though, to the point of which I do now have a useable gear set, however the lack of BiS legendaries and AP does make this spec lose much of its potential.

I do still keep up to date with all the information and maximise as much as possible in my offspec aswell.

I do not have alts.

Communication
I have recently bought a microphone and have been using it since. I visit the Raven Council website and forums regularly.
I am happy to use these formus for the discussion of tactics.

For Legion, I have only been in other guilds very briefly. Writing a social app for TRC was the among the first thing I did (Thanks to Mooxe) when I subscribed.

Raid availability
Yes, I can make all of the current raiding days and times. I was able to buy enough tokens to keep me going for the foreseeable future. I have a stable life and schedule.

I go to university, however I do a lot of my studying at home.
