Started Raiding in Vanilla, I've always been a Warlock or Shaman never switched.
Completed Zul'Gurub, MC, AQ20, and BWL. Raiding continued to be casual in TBC completing ZA, Karazhan, Gruul, Magtheridon, SSC, Tempest Keep and Black Temple but never BT or Sunwell
Wrath of the Lich King saw my 'best' days to date, received an offer from the best guild on Boulderfist at the time to switch my Shaman from Draenei to Troll and join them from Ulduar onwards - Completed Ulduar and on Heroic on 10-man with Glory of the Raider, went as far as General Vezax Heroic on 25-man before my PC had a meltdown and missed out on Vezax/Yogg/Algalon and their achievements for Glory of the Raider 25.
Completed both ICC25 and ICC10 - Killed the Lich King Heroic on 10-man before the ICC buff even existed and getting Glory of the Icecrown Raider 10 man. Lich King Heroic 25-man proved to be too much for 15 other people and guild subsequently died.
Cataclysm saw me take a GM role in said guild from WOTLK. Proven to be a good idea at first clearing all the tier content when it was upto date except Sinestra, Al-Akir and Cho'gall.
Sadly the GM role took the life out of me for this game and not raided ever since, it was a role I enjoyed but the amount of ego's within the guild dissuaded me from Raiding ever again
Raid role
[Describe your current role in a raid team, how you prepare for it and how you judge your own performance. Where do you learn new things and keep yourself updated on your class?]
I'm a big believer in doing research and forming your own opinions and testing them out. I don't like going to the nearest ElitistJerks or IcyVeins website and downloading Ask Mr. Robot to be hand-held, I like to form my own theories regarding re-forging, talents and glyphs, test them and compare the 2
Talent choices
[Please tell us what talents/important glyphs you chose to run for each of the last four bosses of SoO, and why. We like to see the insight behind your choices, and it clarifies things in case Armory shows you in some strange PvP/soloing spec!]
Tier 1 - Astral Shift, 40% damage reduction is a no-brainer
Tier 2 - None of the talents are great but the immunity to snare effects outperforms the rest
Tier 3 - Same again but Call of the Elements can be useful resetting the cooldown on Capicator totem, Windwalk totem and Healing Stream totem
Tier 4 - The permanent passive 5% spell haste and instant cast heal which can save lives outperforms a temporary 30% haste
Tier 5 - Conductivity gives you 100% uptime on Healing Rain which easily outperforms the others
Tier 6 - Both Unleashed Fury and Primal Elementalist are viable but it could be a personal opinion on choosing PE as the Earth Elemental gives you a 20% spell power & 20% damage reduction - You can't heal if you're dead
Off-specs and Alternative characters

Do you have any alts that would also be a viable option for raiding with us? (for the case that we love you but can't fit your main in our rosters) Please add Armory links for other characters if so, and tell us to what degree they are/have been played.]
Equally as versatile playing Elemental. It's always refreshing to play a different role once in a while!

Logs
[If possible please link a log showing your character raiding current content. If you have no logs, please explain why (eg, logs expired) and/or aim to log your performance from an LFR/Flex/PUG run, to add to your application. TRC raiders are expected to review their own performance on Warcraft Logs in order to improve, so you should be/get used to doing this.
It's also especially helpful for applicants who would need to transfer before we can trial them (eg Horde).]N/A

Not much to see other than it's the most basic UI with Grid and DBM with Recount hidden
Guild History
[What other guilds have you been in? What made you move(/plan to move) from these guilds, and why do you want to join TRC?]
I've only ever been in 2 guilds. As explained in my Raiding history I was once in an Alliance guild on Boulderfist through Vanilla and TBC and then Horde through WOTLK & Cata
Raid availability
[Can you generally make all of our raiding days/times, or are there any difficulties with this? Our current raid schedule is found here.]
Can't see why not. Unless I end up with some mega hangover from too much whiskey on the Saturday night

]Extremely laid-back, just want enjoy the game whether it be Dungeons, Raiding, Scenario's, PvP, whatever really but when it comes to Raiding I'm focused and I want to re-live the days where progress was fun.

This is a WoD application, I want to find a stable guild to have fun in for the next expansion. If you're still recrutiing for SOO I'm probably zero use to you as my gear is under-par for that level for when considering the app.
