Which of our two raid groups are you applying for?
Raid group 2. Though I have HC SoO experience, I do not have appropriate gear for high end raiding at this point (still leveling).
Raid role
At the moment I am a Rogue DPS on a different server; I do not specifically have to prepare for raids, since I have my own flasks/potions - and an empty real life schedule - ready, at the moment the raid starts. As DPS, I performe fairly well; most tactics are quite easy, and being amongst the top 3 DPS is common for me. New information is mostly attained through practice; however, before seriously starting with raiding, I've read up a lot on rogues, on Noxxic, Elitistjerks, Askmrrobot and Shadowcraft (reforge/gems programme) - I plan on doing some thorough research on Mistweaver Monks before considering to start raiding.
Experience
I've started playing WoW during cataclysm. I've raided as DPS rogue and Disc priest, and reached 6/8 DS HC before taking a break. This expansion, I've cleared all raids so far. I switched guilds when 5.3 went live, and did 9/13 HC ToT. Now, I've killed 7/14 HC SoO - the guild itself has 9/14, but due to raid optimisation, I've not killed Shamans and Malkorok.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
I do not mind switching to Off-spec; whatever benefits the raid the most at the time.
I do have alts, but they are on a different server (Hellscream a.k.a Deadscream)
Communication
I have a microphone, and am not shy to give my opinion on certain encounters. I'm a dedicated raider, and am always trying to look for ways we, as a group, can improve ourselves. I prefer to communicate through in-game chat, skype or Vent/TS3 (whichever is used), since I tend to forget to check fora from time to time.

Guild History
Pollúx hasn't been in any guild so far; It's a new character on a new realm for me. I've moved here because a good friend of mine (Equinoctis) recommended this guild to me, and I wanted to try healing - I've tried to get into healing with my other guild, but after being denied that several times, I decided to seek my fortune somewhere else: however, I do still raid with them as DPS every week.
Raid availability
I am available all days except Wednesday and Saturday due to work.
