Char Transfer ?

Anyone ever had luck asking Blizzard to move a char from one server to another ?

I'm currently in the process of "working" them, as I'm sick and tired of the unstable ER-server, and because I enjoy being in this guild so much.

Would love to know how you get on...I have a char there I'd like to move across as well, as do many others in the guild.

What tactic are you using? I guess there's a couple of possible ones:

a) The lag there is appalling...(sounds like this is the one you're pursuing)
b) I always wanted to play on a PvP-RP server and ER was the closest you had to that...until you launched DB (my reason for moving)

I guess they will most likely fob you off until they launch paid-for transfers

That's mainly my arguments that you sum up there.

I'm hoping that if they say no, they will agree to do it for a small fee - hoping that hell freezes over at the same time, as this probably is a conditon for it to happen.

But as a wise man once said - you will never get anything if you don't ask.
