This is something that should have been in the darn game since the beginning. I just hope that they include support for "guild preference" so that both guild-runs and PuG runs can be started up with this thing easily.

In addition to this, meeting stones will be useable as a summoning point if two members of a group use it to summon a third.

So now you can pretty much summon everyone everywhere as long as you have two members present!

So you can put in a free comment as well - probably allows you to quickly select guildies too!
