I don't know if anyone noticed, but I haven't been online for a couple of days. The reason is that I'm building up a new pc 'cause my mac is great, but not for games.
I've got all the parts to get it up and running, my aim was to get online last friday/saturday. So I put all of the components in place, hit the 'on' switch and guess what? Nothing happens. I discovered that the mainboard wasn't compatible with my new processor (although I asked the shop to send the right version).
So now I ordered a new mainboard and I hope they sent the right one this time around.
The reason of this post is that I'm quite new to this guild and won't be kicked out for not being online.
Thanks and see you all online soon!

I've seen that type of problem before - you can often cure it by updating the BIOS on the motherboard.
Of course, you need a working system in the first place to do it the easiest way (flash the BIOS memory) - only other option is to replace the BIOS chip itself.
