Hey! I was wondering if any of you were interested in some concerted effort for our RP forum. Simply writing your own short story (whether in first or third person narrative, it's the same) while mentioning other guildies for example. Or a few/several of us make a story with our characters that goes as far as we want, each of us writing a paragraph or two in turn? Or whatever else that I didn't write in here because I didn't remember it, of course...

Would someone be interested in something like this or you have something to add? Please express yourself... and remember that the point here is to have fun

p.s. as Tasmaar might tell you, I'm usually the one to start intiatives like this. I don't know why

At last, the moment of revelation!

My guess is that we all (whoever else wants to join us can do so anytime, of course) write down "profiles" of our characters - to mention someone else you need to know something about him or her first. When we've done it, we can think up of some situation where our beloved characters could be found in together and RP it out a bit by bit in whatever direction you want. The key there is cooperation, patience and a bit of humility. You should remember that you're unique but you're not all powerful - god moding is always detrimental for the fun

This will give both others and you some idea of who are you playing. Once your character isn't a "gnome rogue class/race/talent build combo" but "Tryxie, a willfull and mysterious gnome ( )" you knw that you're on a good way. So go ahead and fill this as slow and fast as you wish, then post it here. If you have some other idea ofc, let me know.

AGE: 54 ( cant come up with a ''nice'' age, this just feels too young)
HEIGHT: 1.40 metres
WEIGHT: 100 Kilo

SKIN COLOR: alittle dark but most ''white''

PERSONALITY: Calm, not easy to make angry.

HISTORY: Born in the great city of Ironforge. Raised strictly in the ways of light. Best friend in the young years was the girl Urifna who was murderd by her father when he got mad (crazy).
Velaianatos made a mistake trying to ressurect his friend and made her undead, many years later he killed and burried Urifna at the town Darkshire, its said that she has come back again.

PERSONALITY: Generally calm and patient, though that is because she cares little about a lot of things. Has a number of archaic sayings she quotes frequently in speech, generally not understandable to most. She has no real idea of immortality, being born so close to the Eternity's End and not having yet aged to where an elf might die without the now incapacitated World Tree (I suppose that elves should live about 800 or so years). Pelagia is quite unconventional by elven standards, both in habits and friends. She is quite fond of humans.

HISTORY: There is not much history behind Pelagia, as her kind enjoys the world in "the Long Way" and is slow to change things or try new experiences. She was born to Manath Ramoseal Skysong and Alyna Niandis Whisperwind, a distant cousin to the High Priestess Tyrande Whisperwind. Fought in minor battles of the Invasion four years ago and served as a scout for the Sentinels. Currently she is continuing with her hunter training which is a constant source of adventures all over the world.

OTHER: Family: Pelagia has one elder sister, Rhaina Alynis Skysong. Her father has been slain in the Great War, as well as her younger brother, Arman Manatheal Skysong. Rhaina has become a priestess and is slowly ascending the strict hierarchy in serving Elune.
Qanik also probably has a family somewhere but that isn't important yet

p.p.s. Velianatos, WoW is very poor with information on the lifecycles of its races, but I followed the general fantasy (Tolkien/DnD) guidelines. Dwarves should be considered adolescents at about 60 years and live to approximately 600 years old but go with your heart

PERSONALITY (traits, temper, way of thinking etc.): She is very eager and protecting. Can feel envy, might not be so common in here kind. Clearly angry and frustrated.

HISTORY (brief): She is a history, ask here and you will find yourself amazed how old the world is. Trees gives life and forest hides here past.

OTHER (feel free to add whatever cathegory you need): She is dedicated to help, she is worried about the fact that gnomes, humans and Dwarfs travels openly in roads.

Well, we have 3 "profiles" so far. I'll put up a thread in the RP section this evening or tomorrow. Ofc it will be open to everyone who wants to write a profile and jump in at any time...
