Seems they're really on the offensive now. Odd how they say they embrace the OSS community and at the same time say stuff like this to completely debauch OSS. Also, they're 'forgetting' the other goverment agencies that have rejected microsoft.
Look how pathetically they're mentioning how large the agencies are.

Should I say that's pretty old, what would you expect from company selling OS - of course it's marketing, M$ has had that kind of ads for years. I like it this way when there's competition on the market - what you select for productivity use, should never be considered only on price but what fits the purpose.
