There's no player-generated content in GW either, but at least a guild can buy its own island and use it as a home. And use it as a battlegroung for guild vs guild skirmishes.

Lately I have been disgustingly frustrated with WoW. Complete and total burn-out. Haven't had any this bad. I picked up Guild Wars (all 3 campaigns) and am having a blast with it. And it's free too.
